Picked a random restaurant today just to give it a shot. Wasn’t disappointed at all. Waitress was helpful with questions we had about the menu. The food was fresh, the portions were worth the money. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a good pho/spring rolls, I’ve included the menu and prices Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is my first time coming to Pho Thien Y and it is amazing!!! Everything tastes so authentic and made with love. The prices are lower than they should be for this quality. The lady (maybe owner) who attended to us was super sweet and service was quick. This place doesn’t look like much on the outside but you won’t be disappointed with your meal. A low key hole in the wall hidden gem. The dishes taste like a grandma in the back made it. Spring rolls. Thick spring rolls with yummy generous thick peanut sauce. Yum! Combination pho! This has generous portions. This pho needed a little salt but the meats are for those not afraid to have a little cartilage with their meatballs. If you're serious about pho this the pho. !409. Bbq pork with a fried egg on a bed of rice. It's good rice dish that is savory and sweet. You won't regret this one. Assorted meat Banh mi. Generous portions on the sandwich. It alone can fill a person. I loved that they used pate and mayonnaise on their sandwiches. It's a good appetizer. Vermicelli with pork skins and egg rolls. Smother the bowl in that fish sauce because it elevates the dish. The fresh greens and mint give it a nice cool refreshing feeling. Fyi. Seat yourself. I found my new spot... Best pho in Fort Worth/ Haltom. It's super clean, organized, friendly, fresh, and everything I've been searching for since Bun Dong Ba and (presumably) My Lan took new ownership. I came back 3 more times the same month after discovering this heavenly gem. Ha is a spectacular waitress who you can tell has a heart of gold. The care is here, there is love in this food friends! The vermicelli, pork spring rolls, Cafe su da, and the cheesecake and lemon dessert were all phenomenal. 10/10 please tip well and don't over crowd this lovely establishment, I don't want to lose another pho spot Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

The food at this place was great, but the service was lacking. The beef pho was stuffed full of noodles and beef strips, better than any other pho I have eaten. The shrimp and pork spring rolls were hefty and the peanut sauce was generous. The mall in which this pho shop was located is obviously in decline and is pretty shabby. Even though I loved the food my complaint and the reason I dropped them to 4 stars was the service. The food did come out quickly, but I could not get the waitresses attention to get a water refill or to get my check. I literally stared at them while they were on their phones, hoping they would look up. It almost felt like both waitresses seemed to deliberately not look at you. Very irritating. I would go back to this restaurant, but I would pay cash in advance so there would be no need to deal with service staff. Stopped by and so glad we did. We searched up many places in the area for pho. Our whole family loved the food. We had no complaints at all. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The food was fantastic and all good, every weekend I always go eat there. I need to drive 20 minutes to eat there, but I am fine with that. But today I am so disappointed with the services i got from the guy at the server. Me and my family just take a dinner right there, take the order from the young lady with good English everything is good as usual and she just help very good. So the lady is changing her shift with the guy, now the problem is begin when I asking need to Pay and he said $47 dollar and i give my card right the way and I saw the order they just give it to me. So i just check and OK with payment ( the card with him already) and he told me wait he gonna call and check with the lady and I am waiting. And after that he said to me “ how much you want to pay ?? “ i said to him you’re so rude and in-polite to ask me how much i want to pay I said my card with you. And i talk with the lady I am ok with the payment and not complaining anything and my card with him. I am just wait my payment But the Man Server make a rude with asking me “ how much i want to pay ?? “ What the point good food without basic service ? I ask the basic service not the good one. So this my last time enjoy their food. Food: 5 Service: 1

I ordered egg rolls and the small Pho with eye of round steak and meatballs. It was average in flavor. The broth was on the heavy side but lacking in brightness and salt. The meatballs were rubbery. The egg rolls were mostly filler ingredients and not very meaty. But, the portions were big for the price and the veggies were fresh. I won’t be coming back since there are much better Vietnamese restaurants nearby.
