Just ordered pizza and poppers for something different. Both were absolutely horrible. The breading on the poppers fell right off just by picking them up. The pizza’s dough wasn’t even fully cooked. All the cheese and toppings slid off the dough. Couldn’t pick up a slice to eat it, had to use utensils. My wife and I couldn’t even eat a slice a piece it was so terrible tasting, just threw the rest away. Some foods are a hit or miss. Pizza is pretty good. I didn't like the Chicken Caesar salad, but that's just my opinion. It came with big garlic knots instead of croutons. Their service is great! Very friendly. I've also witnessed them giving back to the community and helping a family in need recently. I've never sat inside and ate but my kids have and they enjoyed the experience. I ordered chicken Caesar salad and I ended up being a lot of cartilage and only romaine hearts no leaves this was the worst salad I've ever had in my whole entire life people give rave reviews so I went and got one I will never buy one again who puts cartilage what kind of chicken are you using it's disgusting and why would you use hearts instead of leaf?!?!?! I ordered a cheese Hoagie with bacon. She asked i wanted lettuce, tomato and onion. I said no tomatos. Then she said no veggies and not realizing she was talking about lettuce, tomato and onions, I said no. I get home and it's just cheese and bacon slapped on a roll. I called and said it was missing it and she said 5 mins. I go back and they wanted to charge me $9.50 for remaking my sandwich. Assumed owner came out and said since I said no to the veggie part, I had to pay. I said nope, took the wrong one back. To top it off, my husbands cheese steak was too greasy and my kids wouldn't even eat their quesadilla. $45 down the drain pretty much. Picasso’s is my favorite place to eat, whether I’m picking up, dining in, or getting delivery they’re super quick and always get my order exactly right! The phone girls/guys are always so friendly and efficient & the food is to die for!! The menu has a variety so no matter what you can find something you like& you won’t regret it!! The owner is awesome and keeps the place so clean! I definitely recommend the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak 🍕 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Finally a pizza shop putting some live into their recipes! Pizza is absolutely delicious and I am obsessed with their wings. I used to only get my wings from Doms tavern, but now I go to Picassos! Also the atmosphere is very nice, great plants, and kind service!

Customer Service at its worst…. The owner David was extremely rude to me when I requested to change my phone order upon arrival. I asked to upgrade an order of cheese fries to an order of wings when I arrived and was told that it could not be done because the fries were already made. David decided to refuse my order because of my request. So instead of accommodating the request, he opted to throw away my entire order. I then was verbally attacked by another employee who was sitting at a table and had nothing to do with our conversation. This was my first and last time at Picasso’s and I strongly encourage anyone reading this review to spend their hard earned money elsewhere. There are plenty of other pizzerias in the area that would honor your business much more than this establishment. As I walked out, the owner sarcastically yelled at me to have a Happy New Year. Hands down David and the Picasso crew are the absolute best around!!! Businesses have had a hard time finding onion rings and David made it a mission to get some since I’ve been dying for them. He also took a last minute (literally after closing) order for my husband who got home late tonight and was hungry. The prices especially lunch specials are phenomenal. Food and desserts are delicious!!
