Behind the doors of that bright red food truck parked inside the cafe are a bunch of young chefs creating out-of-this-world delicious food! The vegan Caesar bowl and blueberry apple muffin are absolute top shelf items. This is vegan food done really well. Pingala recently change menu's, and it went completely down hill. No more carrot dogs or tasty wraps, a new switch to bowls, handheld items, and crunchwraps.
