Look at your reviews calling you rude. I am not the only one. Your customer service needs improving. Argues on the phone about pizza oven temp. If THIS is your "automated" setting on "all" your pizzas then you have a problem. Overcooking dries the pizza out, it's very basic. We don't want to eat bits of charcoal with our pizza!! The way they speak to you if you ever have a problem is terrible and SO rude. I wont bother with the refund or pizza replacement as after the way I was spoken to I don't trust you one bit. You don't want to lose money re-making but you will lose more money in long term as ppl will stop coming back to you. Did you go to business school? Edit: Calls me to tell me new pizza is ready - I tell them I will pick it up later and then hangs up on me. I am not eating anything you make after your total rudeness.

We go here a lot, the pizzas are yummy! If you go at the right time you might get a few extra pizzas than you ordered. The staff are pretty great. Lost a star because only one pizza on the ($5) value menu is $5, although that's a chain thing, not branch. Also bear in mind the pizza prices go up on the delivery menu, on top of the delivery charge, so pick up if you can.

Ordered online at 6.28pm. Order should have arrived at 6.59pm. Got a text to say order on the way at 7.05pm but then delivery finally at 7.39pm which was then missing a whole pizza!! Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–60
