When Pizza Hut is too busy to deliver they send the orders out with Door Dash. I wish there was some way of knowing they are doing that before I order so I can order somewhere else. It takes I er an hour, sometimes 2 hours to get the food. I just had a pizza delivered and it's ice cold. Inedible. Waste of money and time. Pizzas are generally hot and fresh but they have really started to fail on the bread sticks, cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. I order them regularly with my meal and the last few years it seems, they are cold or luke warm and they stop cutting them. I know they come perforated when frozen but it's easy to cut. They use to cut them but not now. I also know that when people order a half order of either, they put the other half aside and use them for someone else's l which is why they are generally luke warm or cold when recieved. They also do not keep the marinara in a warmer anymore, its also served cold. It's pretty pathetic. Charge more do less. We had them deliver us pizzas to a birthday party. The first delivery the driver dropped one of our pizzas and the others looked like they were swang around the car. The second time we got the pizzas delivered they looked even worse. I had to take the pizzas back to the franchise and show them how not once but twice they delivered our pizzas. By the time I took the pizzas back and had them remade a third time, the party was over and the kids had to get pizza to go. See pictures to see how we had our pizzas delivered

This is by far the worse Pizza Hut I've ever been to. I went in to order one Large pizza and went to pay. My card kept having issues each time I used it and the man that took my order asked me you sure you have money in your account? Then proceeded to ask me if I had another card I could use. This all happened with people behind me. I told him YES I have money in my account, if I didn't have money I wouldn't be coming to get pizza. I felt extremely embarrassed and told him to forget it I don't want the pizza and cancel it. Then he yells don't make Pizza for whatever number it was and said the customer couldn't pay for it. But the person behind me ended up paying for my pizza and I was very grateful but they didn't have to do that. I really miss The pizza hut that was on 49. At least they always got my order right and I never had issues paying for it. I will definitely NEVER order from this pizza hut again.

I used a birthday coupon for free cheesesticks and bought a personal pan pizza. The pizza was good, but the cheesesticks were a bit overcooked. I'll likely go back, but I'll check my order before I leave the store. This visit was very difficult. The food and customer service were great.
