Ordered my pizza and cheese sticks. Cheese sticks were ok. But the pizza was horrible. I ordered a supreme pizza. I had to scrape the toppings from the pizza on to two slices. There were slices that had no cheese or sauce at all. Barely got enough to cover the two slices. Had to throw the rest of it away. One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I wish I took a picture, I was so furious on how bad it was.

I ordered 2 pizzas and requested that they both get a little extra sauce. Instead I got no sauce on both pizzas ...this location is horrible..the last time I asked for a little extra and they dumped it on. When I went back to complain (after paying for delivery and top), and the guy offered to give me a spoon!! So it's one or the other extreme with this location! Pic is when they gave me extra sauce...they carried it on a tilt and all of it slid over to one side... disgusting!
I can not believe what just happened, ordered , was charged 2 times, called, some punk could not have the skills to deal with my situation, he made it like a joke, said, he had no order, and it would be tomorrow that my money was returned, connect me to manager, on hold , hung up and called back, another person answered, and said he was manager, never had compassion and could hear I was clearly upset, 60.00 later, bills will bounce, I had to demand a delivery, Got it, okay call there 800 number and it was like, I told the story and she said, so tell me what happened. I hung up, I can not believe what just happened, telling me your name is Robert, but know robert works at this store. Telling me I would need to wait, for my returned money. Then after calling there headquarters , I can see how the down fall happens, it starts at the top, WOW, they say my pizza is coming, Can I trust it, and its Door dash delivering it, this is the other side of town, I would not have had a dd driver come at all, I am against those companies, because I ruined two trucks delivering, I gave a 3 dollar tip its more than 5 miles away , What a experience , never again, I am done, its windy and cold I was hungry and not feeling well This was a stressful situation, not because mistakes happen , but because the person handling it, was like a alien, had no skills, I even said this also feel s like a scam, well, we shall see. I did get my 60 bucks back, now will I get food. I never wanted it for free and I never wanted DD to deliver my food, I do not trust gig workers Period. Then she does deliver, with a friend in the truck and her kid, and that is okay too , however I did not want GIG driver, and the tip was not given to her, I tipped 3.00 because I was charged a delivery fee of 5 something, So who scammed who, charged twice, talked down to by some worker who thought this was funny, told me they would call corporate and well, my refund happened instantly after they hung up. I will never order delivery again. So sad, Pizza Hut you lost a lifetime customer

Ordered a Stuffed crust cheese for delivery, they said it would take a half hour. Ended up waiting outside for almost another half hour before they showed up. Cheese was overdone and crunchy, barely any tomato sauce in the pizza.
They are awesome I had to change my order from carryout to delivery and they made it look easy and the food even came early. The driver was so polite and friendly even when my dog tried to sneak past me to get the food. What a great experience. Thanks
I did not go into the store but ordered online and did curbside pick up. Pizza came out good and hot, the the guy was friendly.

Our cheese lovers pizza was so over cooked that the cheese was crunchy. I wanted to fill out the survey that the back of the receipt suggests, but my receipt didn’t have a survey code on it and therefore I couldn’t fill it out.
After calmly placing my order over I showed up and left without getting all of my items I returned to get my last item calmly and left they did nothing wrong other than forget an item the only issue I have is that I was the only customer in the place and all the delivery cars were there so it's apauling to me they got it wrong.

Oven-Baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta
The quality of the product has gone downhill over the past few years. I used my 300 points to get a free large Super Supreme and it was the worst pizza I have ever had. It lacked the appropriate amount of toppings and didn't taste right. Like the dough was past it's expiration. I also order the chicken alfredo and that was pretty bad too, it was cold and there was too much seasoning on the cheese sticks. I realize I got a free pie with my points, but I had to spend 150 dollars over a certain period of time to get that free pie. Please do better.
Great people, always made their customers first priority, managers seemed nice, and the pizza was delicious 😋
