I called a day before to let them know I would need 17 personal pan pizzas for my class. The crew was so pleasant on the phone and appreciative that I called ahead of time because they only make a handful of personal pans a day. Fast forward to the next day, my pizza’s where ready at the correct time and they even bagged/labeled them according to the pizza type! Everyone spoke when I arrived and they even offered to help take the pizza’s to my car! Thank you guys for being kind and prompt! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So after a horrible experience last time and a promise it would be better next time, my husband goes to pickup our order that says it will be ready in 15 mins to arrive and find out it will be another 15 mins bc they are busy with door dash orders. The manager then proceeds to inform my husband that door dash is priority over everything. He asked that our pizza not be rushed through bc last time not only was the order wrong but pizza was under cooked so what do they do push it through and give us under cooked pizza again that he has to ask to be put back in to fully cook. I have given them chance after chance, I won't be back and I will continue to vlast the unprofessional attitude of the employees and especially the manager who should have more customer service skills! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, THEY UNDER COOK THEOR PIZZAS, PUT THE WRONG TOPPINGS ON AND PUT A 3RD PARTY DELIVERY COMPANY ABOVE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO ACTUALLY COME TO GET THEIR FOOD. We order from this Pizza Hut regularly for delivery or pick up. They’ve always been polite and the drivers are usually quite timely in their delivery. (We all have bad days) overall, very pleased with the pizza and the service, would recommend to anyone interested.

This Pizza Hut is a good location due to its high speed delivery and fresh ingredients! They are always friendly inside and working hard to get your pizza and wings to you! Highly recommend if your looking for a fast and fresh pizza in the area!

This Pizza Hut is new to the area so we thought we’d give it a shot vs going to our normal pizza place! Tried to order online with the coupons that were just sent to the house...didn’t work...said they were expired even though it said it expires in May of 2019 on the actual coupon!! Customer service sucked!! Talked to the “manager” because the guy I spoke to first didn’t know how to handle the situation! I very patiently waited about 6 minutes...then the “manager” got on the phone and sounded like the turtle from Finding Nemo, but eventually got my pizza ordered! Was told the pizza would be delivered in about 40 minutes...over an hour later we got our sad little pizzas!!

It's a pretty solid Pizza Hut. The staff are friendly and the food comes out hot and in a timely manner. In the past, their organization would have been questionable, but over the one and a half years since I've lived in Sugar Hill, their service has improved and and they've been consistent with delivering a satisfactory experience. Furthermore, what makes prompts me to give this Pizza Hut a 5 star review is the few times their staff has been extra homie. One time I asked for crushed red pepper, expecting them it to be free but Pizza Hut stopped offering red crushed red pepper in the form of a packet and now they offer it in a larger quantity in a form of a container with the cost of $1. The guy working there gave me this crushed red pepper for free and that has left a favorable impression of this establishment.

Shelby was very friendly and sweet! The place is always so clean and everyone's very professional. My pizza was exactly what I ordered and loaded with toppings, they do not cheap out. Thank you!!

Met Matt today. He was very friendly and helpful and even engaged in conversation with me when I picked up the fundraiser pamphlet. Please give him a bonus or raise. It’s very rare to find establishments with good customer service.

Should be zero stars!! Ordered on pizza hut’s website, get a text message saying my order will be delivered by DoorDash, receive another text 10 minutes later saying my order was delivered. Go outside nothing there, checked outside camera no one ever came. Called store they told me they will transfer me to a supervisor for online orders. Stayed on hold for over 30 minutes no one picks up. Now I’ll have to call and dispute the charge.
