I ordered online to be delivered. I was emailed that it would be delivered at 6:15pm. At 6:20pm, I received an update that it now wasn't going to be delivered until 7:20pm. We finally did receive it but it was cold and disgusting. When I tried to call to get my money back it just rang and rang. A day later I received an email asking about my experience. I told them what happened. They sent me back an email apologizing and said they forwarded my email to the store and I would hear from them within one to two days. It's been three and I'm still waiting. I won't be ordering or eating at this restaurant in the near future. So disappointed. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1

Long over due review. We come here for the authentic dine in Pizza Hut experience. The pizza is always top notch and the service is unbeatable. I recommend Sunday lunch hr! The kids and I really enjoy it every time and you would too. Order on the app or website and they have a large one topping special that's affordable the way pizza used to be before inflation hit.

1 star because I was finally able to order... but I canceled my order. According to THEIR tracker (probably should get rid of that feature!)my pizza was riding around in someone's car for 45+ min., ummm... no thank you.

My "two topping" pizza shown here.. with maybe enough topping to cover 1 topping! So why did I pay extra for the same amount of topping, just different meats?? Update: still very skimpy on toppings yet call to complain and ask for it to be corrected? No correction to the issue, just a $20 credit. This location does NOT care about their customers!

First, the main and only pro- delivery was fast. The web app predicted that it would arrive after an hour and fifteen minutes, but it got to the hotel in just half an hour. The delivery driver was also a super nice guy who checked with the front desk to make sure I got my pizza when I didn't answer the door. The only problem is that I ordered an Ultimate Cheesy Crust pizza and I'm not entirely sure what went wrong. Normally it's supposed to have these cool cheesy pockets you can tear off and eat separately, filled with that stuffed crust cheese that's super gooey. Instead, well, you know what they say - a picture is worth a thousand words. I think they must have dumped the stuffed crust cheese they put in the pockets on the whole pizza. This turned the pizza into a greasy mess. Add the fact that it was underbaked and you have a severe case of indigestion just waiting to happen. The pepperoni being piled around haphazardly was like the cherry on top of it all. Also, the thin crust pizza I ordered was supposed to have bacon and onions. Instead it just was double pepperoni. My tip would be to take longer with the order to make sure it comes out right. I'd have been happier if the order had taken an extra half hour but was actually what I wanted. On the bright side, at least the double pepperoni pizza was OK.

Soooo I ordered 2 large pizzas and 18 wings, I got a bunch of attitude while I had to wait 25 minutes after they said my order was ready. The pizza was done but the lady was working on the wings…. Fine that’s understandable, but we were told “oh just two more minutes” those two minutes took 25 all whilst the employees were standing around taking, my wings were over done and extra crispy, the pizza was cold when we got home after 8 minute drive, the didn’t have have the warming lights on to the pizza warm. I will be sticking to dominoes and papa John’s, I really didn’t expect this service and I hate to rate a business 1 star, but the service and quality was unacceptable.
