I've been looking forward to Pizza Hut pizza since before the plandemic, so was perfect to see one just down the street from our hotel. PIZZA WAS FANTASTIC! Service was NOT! 1st I ordered a Bud light and she brought a Michelob Ultra, no big deal (neither are worth the bother) 2nd ordered bread sticks and they didn't come until well after our pizza. 3rd when our waitress did bring the bread sticks she said "sorry about that long wait, let me know if you need anything else." I didn't even have time to wipe my mouth from the pizza I was chewing and she was gone. Would have asked for the water my wife ordered, sour cream for the taco pizza and ranch for the bread sticks. When she finally did return to ask how everything was tasting, we were finished and ready for the check. (She stood with her back to us, so waving her down wasn't an option either) PIZZA #10 SERVICE #2

Ordered food. Arrival time 10:17pm. At 10:17 pm get message that food was picked up by door dash. Call store, store stated no drivers. Food arrived sitting on passengers lap opened box on pizza and cold at 11pm. Store says they will refund. That hasn't happened yet. They should call and ask if you would like them to have door dash deliver. I would of canceled order knowing my food was sitting waiting for dasher and then coming to me not kept warm at least. The young woman working the register and waiting on us was fantastic. The restaurant was clean and very inviting. I do miss the salad bar, but I get that it's messy and a germ factory. Ordered several pizzas at 530. Received confirmation at 539 that our order would take 25-35 minutes. I called after one hour and offered to come pickup our order I was told it was out for delivery already and would arrive in 15 minutes. Another hour later my husband's just goes to the store to pickup the order. He's told its been to long and they will have to cancel the order and it would be 48 hours for a refund. At 740 they refused to make our order and said they were going to close soon even though they are open for several more hours. Now I'm scrambling to feed my house full of 7 year Olds sleeping over. Super disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been here twice and have had two different experiences. The first one was okay but not great. We ordered food ahead of time as a mobile order that said it would take 30 minutes. We went there with 10 minutes to go and waited in the car till around when they said they were expected to be done. The food was not done for another 20 minutes after it said it should have been done despite it not being busy at all. The second experience here however was much better. The food was ahead of schedule and when talking to the employee they were nice. Also both times the food was perfectly cooked with nothing over or under cooked.

The good: glad to see a place employing young people. The bad: so unfortunate the young staff is not properly trained. Service was horrendous. There is a Wednesday wing special, but server did not know they served wings. The experience was terrible.

This is the “big New Yorker”? Looks like someone enjoyed before we could. This location has a huge issue with inconsistencies. Last week this same pizza was amazing and no it’s scary

Lilly the cashier was extremely good at her job. I lost my wallet the other day. I had only coins to pay for my personal pan pizza she let me pay and hooked me up with a free drink. She needs a raise
