We caught this place on a busy night while they were constantly filling orders for pickup. The restaurant itself was clean, but empty. And we were met with helpful service that was patient while we made up our minds. Even under the pressure of being understaffed at the moment, we had a chance to make our selections without pressure.
The garlic parm wings were surprisingly good and quite "saucy." The mozzarella sticks had some amazing cheese action, and the original pan Alfredo pizza really hit the spot! Overall we were quite happy with our visit.
No actual servers here, but it was nice to be able to eat in. Tables and dining room were clean and the staff was friendly and cheerful. Bottled drinks were $2.79 each, and while there was a good variety, just very pricey for your standard 20-oz bottle. Pizza was excellent, which was the point, really.

Meat Lovers Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza
Was waiting on our order for almost an hour and I called to check the status of this and the guy that answered said it was delivered. They delivered it to our neighbors and said it was not their problem. I said well how is it not your drivers fault when they delivered it to the house across the street that didn’t have a light on. I said we have our house number two big places out front and we had our light on also a plaque with our last name out front. He said you will have to talk to your neighbors it’s out of our hands. They have incompetent delivery drivers and dont know how to read numbers on the houses. After arguing we finally got a refund.. we will not be ordering from there ever again.

Ordered 2 medium pep pan pizzas with light sauce for carryout. Both the woman over the phone and the guy at the window were extremely nice and funny. I pulled up early and the guy didn't make me feel like that was annoying of me which I appreciated. The pizzas were done exactly the same and exactly how I wanted it. I haven't ever had a problem with carryout at this location for the YEARS I had lived here before and it was nice to see that it hasn't changed. Would definitely go back next time I am in town.
They offer no waiter/waitress staff. You can eat there but you order at the counter and have to ask for plastic utensils to eat inside. Food was ok but when you wanna 'go out to eat', you expect table service. Not many customers, which was understandable after being there. Staff was friendly.

We stopped in on our way to Chocolate World. We won't make that mistake again. The guy at the register took our order and told us it would he a 15 minute wait and that someone would bring it out to us. We sat for 45 minutes and 3 other families got their meals before us that came in after us. When my husband asked the SAME guy at the register where our food was he acted stupid like he didn't take our order. He brought out our food that was just sitting back there waiting for 30 minutes on a warmer because he was incompetent and couldn't remember we ordered apparently. He then gave my husband an attitude to boot when he told him it was close to an hour wait at that point. Pizza Hut, find better customer service because you just lost more customers since your guy is a total jerk. Definitely wasn't surprised to come on here and see even more 1 star reviews...should of read those before making the stop in.

Pizza Pepperoni
The manager is incompetent and has the attitude and perspective of an emotionally unstable child. We ordered two pizzas and the cashier simply misunderstood and put in one pizza. We wanted to order the second and for some reason this “manager” came out to us rather than the cashier. We never asked to speak to a manager as that was unnecessary. This man told us we were wrong, we never ordered the second pizza, he was impatient, rude, condescending, and clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. He said they were very busy… lol we were literally the only two people in there for 20 minutes, and tried to make it seem like he didn’t have time for this. We didn’t either. He then told us we were trespassing (even though we bought a pizza) and threatened to call the cops after I did tell him he was an idiot. Nothing that small and simple should have ever even needed the manager, nor should have escalated. The corporate office is now handling this very weird, unnecessary incident and what felt racially motivated as the second he looked at us he was agitated. When things that don’t make sense, it makes one wonder what is the driving force behind the attack, and in this instance we were two Black women and he thought it was okay to not only tell us we were wrong, threaten the law OVER PIZZA. If this is how he is treating the general public, no wonder the parking lot was completely empty.
Joseph who took my order by phone was rude and demeaning. He had an attitude the minute he picked up the phone. Don't even try to enter your order by the app either, it will probably get canceled. Also, you can't used the points you have entered through the app at the store, and don't ask because you will get an attitude about that as well.
I went to the drive through. We used to dine in very frequently, but since they changed the manner in which they serve, won’t don’t anymore.
