I was pretty disappointed with my order tonight. I had scheduled my order an hour and half ahead of time. It was scheduled for delivery at 6:30pm. At 6:30pm my order was still in the oven. I didn't get my order till 7:00pm. They passed it over to a door dash driver, which I have no issue with, however as soon as they did it switched over in the app to say it was on the way at 6:39 but I got a text saying it was coming with door dash. My issue is it did not leave the store until 6:45pm. I could understand if I had done an asap order for a 30 minute delay, especially if it was an issue of being short on drivers, but I feel like there was plenty of time between the time I placed the order at 5:02pm to have gotten my order done and delivered on time at 6:30pm. The order was correct and the food was okay but it was not fresh, it was cooled already. It's frustrating to have an order planned and then try to plan the evening and then everything get thrown off. I came in at 923pm after a long day fried not wanting to cook. I asked the lady at counter for the special. She said she couldn't think of one. I asked for a medium pizza with olives green peppers and mushrooms. She quoted me $24 & change, & I asked about a coupon. She applied one to bring it down to $21.47. I paid (w/a tip!). Then I saw a special posted on the wall for a large 5 topping pizza for 16.99. I took my pizza home and found she had sold me a "meatza" w/ additional toppings. Which was not even what I ordered. While I waited for my pizza, she was rude to the next customer as well. 7/28/22.

I can not say enough good things about this Pizza Hut location. From ordering to curb side delivery everything was 5 star. Then from the first bite to the last. It was the Pizza Hut I know and love. I hope it was not just my lucky day. Will give a try again very soon!

The ladies on Thursday night at this establishment are so sweet. They made the drive from across town worth it! Great customer service!
