Onion rings were great! Disappointed in the pizza. Has the dough recipe changed? It's crunchier than it used to be, also I'd prefer my crust to make up 20% of the pizza, not 60%.. that's not worth the money, I hope it was a once off.. Shop was disgusting and dirty. Boxes and clutter everywhere. Floor was a mess. Why do they have an opening that people can walk in and out of is just a weird layout. Over stock of products on the shop floor on a pallet, not a good look. Rude, staff who swore at me and said, "Shut up." Yeah, that's a good look. Unorganized management as well. The food was ok. I was a bit disappointed with my pizza. Having ordered the same thing I had ordered a week before, from a different pizza hut, I had an expectation. There was unfortunately a vast difference. The sides were really good though. I do think something needs to be done in terms of safety for the staff. 2 of them slipped at seperate times as they came to the counter to serve. It's a pizza hut, if you've seen one you've likely seen them all as far as the menu goes. I usually only go here for the 'classic'/cheap pizzas for the kids - be warned that only the Margherita or ham & cheese pizzas are $5, the others on the value menu are more expensive. This location has some parking behind the shop as well as some spaces on the street. If you're not opting for delivery you're better off ordering ahead then collecting as the wait in the shop can get long at popular times.

The Indian manager has no customer service what so ever. Rude as hell. Was ripped off and insulted. Refused to refund me. Note: all chicken wings are spicy without the sauce.
