The staff was friendly and very accepting of my daughter and her special needs class on her birthday. Some of the games did malfunction and not give the kids their tickets, and cards on the coin machines. The " red shirts" didn't seem to care but the party coordinator was amazing, front greeter that took money was amazing and the servers were amazing too. Especially for a busy Saturday. I bought 50 dollar gift cards for my older grandchildren for Xmas with the allure of a free 10 dollar card per each fifty dollar card purchased. They neglect to tell you that even though you just got them in dec. The 10 cards expired in January. Imagine a 5 year olds disappointment when they didn't honor them. I get a little disappointed with the pizza options. I know I can request a pizza but sometimes that seems like an inconvenience. They never seem to have the good dessert pizza available when I'm ready for it and seem to be slow at replenishing those. Love the salad bar options. When you get a good, attentive server, plates are cleared quickly. Had a great server just wish I could remember his name.
