Fast, tasty pizza with counter service. We had two hungry kids and not a lot of patience left. The pizza was FAST and a good size... Not too big or small. Kids split one.

But the low review is because of the pizza I received. Not worth $14.
Looks like you really held back on the toppings for this one. Looks like you forgot to add the heat to this one too. Rated 3 for hot in your site. But no spicier than a package of store bought pepperoni.

I got this burned pizza on a Sunday night. Very disappointed. I saw other reviews also met the same issue. I won’t suggest to go to this location.

Restaurant space itself is a little cramped, but there is ample seating outside and inside of the mall. Pizza can be ordered off of the menu or completely customized, giving everything a chance to get what they want. They also offer gluten-free crusts.

I live in Hampton Roads area of VA (Coastal VA) and there isn’t an &pizza nearby. So I try to make it a point to lookup an &pizza nearby when km in Richmond or Northern VA. You have to try it!

UPDATE: &Pizza support responded to my inquiry and apologized for the problems. They refunded the purchase and asked us to try again in the future, which we will do. Although the ordering issue was partially my fault, the website could have had better alerts about the selected pickup store for the order *especially for brand new customers). I have changed the ratings to neutral and will update my review after we have a chance to try them in the future.
I established a new account with &Pizza to make an order for pickup. Built an order with several pizzas and appetizers, and submitted it. During the ordering process, there were no warnings or alerts about the selected store for pickup.
After the order was submitted, I immediately realized that it was to the wrong store in a completely different state. No problem, I should be able to immediately cancel, right? WRONG.
First, there is no phone number to call, either for the particular store itself or for overall customer support.
Second of all, there is no way to cancel the online order through the website! Just options to view previous orders or check the status of an existing order. Even immediately after submitting the order, the website has no ability to cancel.
The only customer support available is by texting an automated number that just gives generic responses. Then they will take up to 24 hours to get back to you.
Absolutely terrible, poorly structured ordering system and customer service options. This was going to be the first order for my wife and me to try &Pizza. Now, they have lost us as future customers, and we'll make sure to warn others to avoid this restaurant chain in the future.

Great place to grab freshly baked pizza real quick. You can build your own pizza or get one from the menu. We got one pineapple jack (half salami and half chicken instead of all salami), and one build-your-own with hot sauce, Italian sausage, onions and grated cheese. Both of them tasted good. Would definitely recommend this place.
Never order online from this location they are incapable of following simple directions and even putting the right toppings on the pizzas. In my most recent order they did not give me half the toppings i had ordered and even gave me the wrong sauce. If ever ordering from here do it in person as online they are unreliable and will run u for ur money

A build your own pizza order line similar to subway or Chipotle, but with better food! Vegan options including mozzarella, chicken, and sausage are all super tasty. There is many options for toppings and they have soda that is healthier than Coca-Cola products. The staff is excellent and they are not shy with the toppings. Great pizza, would definitely recommend!

I got the build your own pizza with chicken , spinach , Romano sauce and cheese. Was definitely delicious and price wasn't bad at all if you get the app you get $5 off for rewards and I got a drink total was about $7-$8. Not very crowded and plenty of place to sit.
