The first other issue was one of the 5 pizzas we ordered was considerably burnt on the bottom to the point we had to throw it out. These were also some of the greasiest pizzas we've ever had. The other issue is the app, it said delivery was complete even when it had not arrived, we were worried it was delivered to the wrong address. Called the store and they said it was still on it's way and the app just did it by time and not actual status. First time using this location, very different quality than the Norwalk location. I really love the chicken roll/strombolli this place has. I used to live in new york where more pizza places had them, but up here, Planet Pizza seems to be the only ones that sell it. Really good! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great pizza at a reasonable price. Great service as well. I dropped my social security card while I was picking up. An employee named Henry tracked both my boyfriend and I down via Facebook in order to return the card to me, thankfully, because I happened to be starting new employment that required it. Food is usually pretty good but I ordered food for pickup and when I got back with it there was a mosquito squashed into the pickle. Pretty gross not gonna lie. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Usually no problem with the pizza but I ordered a Mediterranean shrimp wrap and the shrimp were full of shells I even gave my 18 month old baby some on the wrap once she proceeded to gag was when I realized the shrimp had shells I then opened the wrap and every shrimp still had a full shell. This is very negligent as a food service company and it could have been tragic. I dont understand if they were rushing in the kitchen or if it was just overlooked but my child was put in serious danger and it's in a wrap so you can't see inside until you bite into it very dangerous. I urge you to take action against this matter because it can be very detrimental to someone.
