Wow, it is official from my view. Plato Nelspruit is the vibe'ist' coffee shop in Nelspruit. The service is exceptional and the products simply amazing. Never had less than 110% from them. This place was recommended to be the best coffee in Nelspruit. Now that is subjective as coffee tastes vary with the individual but it lived up to the hype. Excellent cappuccino, great espresso shot with near perfect micro foam. The atmosphere is unique with a minimalist white decor. Aimed mainly at the takeaway market the food is pre-prepared light & ”healthy". There is also a small wonderfully shaded area under a huge tree where you can sit and enjoy your coffee. One of my favourite coffee spots, the iced lattes were a go to everytime i passed by for class. I'd recommend going there, friendly staff, you can even have a couple informal meetings there, it's a child friendly, pet friendly spot. 5/5 fasho. Me and my husband visited Nelspruit this last november and our acquaintance recommened Plato, so we went there. It is a cozy, but nicely established place. The service was very friendly and fast. The coffees were delicious. A big plus is the parking spaces right in front of the place, which is ideal for travelers like ourselves who want to keep an eye on their luggage. We had a short talk with the owner who explained that one of the goals is to come close to the European coffees. Compared to coffee places in the Netherlands Plato serves equal or possibily even better coffee than we are used to. If we are in Nelspruit in the future we will definitely stop by! My first time there. WOW!!!!! It’s a teeny tiny place but oh wow does it have a bang. The coffee is the best I’ve ever had. It was strong but still palatable The sandwiches and quiches are fresh and the perfect portion size Service was witty and funny and quick enough for me to get a quick bite in the afternoon rush hour I love the idea of not having to wait to be seated… you get there, order your coffee and food, in a second it’s ready then you sit on the chairs orates or stand around chatting with a friend then off you go back to work No mess no fuss It’s perfect for busy people that want to catch up quickly and still get a coffe to carry you through the day Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Plato has really disrupted the coffee scene in Nelspruit, just the entire customer experience is fresh, inviting and keeps one wanting to come back for me. It does not help that the spot is so aesthetically pleasing. Some great coffee will give pleasure to your day, one or more cups will do. We had a cup after a run and it was so good to refresh and relax on their patio.
