The food is good here and I was a frequent customer but will most likely not be back anymore. The customer service I received a few days ago (2/8/24 around 7:54 PM) was terrible. Worker with curly black hair and dark eyes was very rude. At first I asked for a large size plate but saw they use same size plate as the regular size so I told him I'll just do a regular size then I asked for three scoops of shrimp as my protein and I'm not sure what he heard but he put a different protein I repeated myself and he processed to slam the stainless steal plate where they mix the protein and then put the shrimp. Not sure why he had a terrible attitude, only he knows. Then I saw the receipt and was still charged for a large plate. Yum.... yum... yum.. yum....yum!!! I am soooo glad this place opened up( Lol). First visit, and I ordered 4 drinks and a poke bowl. It was heavenly! The fish was fresh, and the octopus was tender. Plenty selection of sauces and various selections of toppings and very generous portions for the price. I literally had to share it with my niece when I got home. The guys knew their products and explained what's in the drinks I am ordering when I asked. Just hands down a great place to order poke and various boba and tea drinks. Will definitely return!
