The decades-long tradition of amazing chicken continues the way I left it. First time back in decades and it was as good as it's always been. This franchise is known for their grilled and fried chicken. This is another one of the places I look forward to visiting whenever I return to Panama. Today I had the combo meal which includes grilled chicken and wedge fries. The chicken was great; the meat fell off the bones. I was surprised by the inclusion of wedge fries. They were covered in paprika-like seasoning which made them taste very American. I highly recommend. By the way, adding mustard to chicken is not unusual so try it out for yourself. As you can see from the pics, the front entrance is currently closed. So you will have to use the side windows to order. By the way, they serve coffee the way I really like it - with evaporated milk.
