Craig Ponsford has you covered! My 50/50 Rye Spelt was delicious, full of flavor with a texture that begged to be toasted and slathered with avocado and olive oil. Right? Tasty, inventive breads and pastries. Most made with unusually finely milled whole grain flour. Well worth the wait for the few days a week they are open.

Perfectly executed breads & pastries with wonderfully inventive flavors & combinations. Expect to pay a little more than you would at a lesser bakery, expect your mouth to be very very happy when you bite into their concoctions.
