Ordered a 5 piece for drive thru pickup. First of all, I only got 4 pieces, and the fourth piece of chicken is a wing and it's just half of it (as pictured below). So technically I only got 3 out of the 5 chickens I ordered. My order came with 2 Cajun fries side and it was literally just dumped in the box with the biscuits and chicken. The other order of fries were dumped in a separate bag. What kind of place is this? It wasn't like this before. I do mobile pickup to streamline service and avoid mistakes but this is just horrible service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I must be a glutton for punishment. I keep trying to patronize this place but it’s most always a terrible experience. I use the mobile app to expedite ordering and it’s useless. Still wait 25-30mins most every time and then they fail to give you what you ordered. Takes another 10 mins to get what you’re missing. It’s a shame, there gonna get left behind with all the new places coming to Prasada. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food, so far, has always been good. This particular day, the inside wasn't much warmer than the 55° it was outside. There was 1 person waiting for a to go order who was there when we came in and did not get his order for another 15 minutes. We had our order placed by 4:01pm, and after checking at 4:15, I was told it would be right out. 12 minutes later, it did. I could count 5 employees working that I could see. Now, they were taking drive-thru orders, but we were the only customers IN the place. After receiving our food, which was fresh and hot and good, a gentleman with 2 small children came in to eat and their experience was close to ours except he was trying to keep the children occupied while they waited. We've had great experiences when they've been very busy, apparently with a different crew, but this group did not work well together. I like this place. The food is good. The employees seem like they're always stressed out, however. Do not come here during rush times. It's kinda like a scientist's experiment who wants to observe chaos theory. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

FIRST AND FOREMOST I'd like to start off by saying, I've been to this location more then a few times, and for some reason this food gets better and better every time my Family and I come here. I never have to wait for my food. My order is always very hot and on Time. The chicken has just the right amount of Crispiness when biting into it.. This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had in my life. My fiance and I went to get food, we ordered 2 10 piece classic bone in chicken with 2 sides and biscuits. I also added in an order of nuggets since we had guests and I wanted to ensure we had plenty to go around. I pull up to the drive thru and not a single other person is in line and I am asked to wait a moment the second I got to the box. 5 minutes later they finally take my order, they inform me it will be about 20 min for the classic chicken. I say no problem, pay, and park while I wait. My fiance went inside and there were multiple employees talking and laughing while on their phones, a ton of available food behind them that was not being packed or expedited. After 35 min I decide to go in and just check to see how much longer it will be. I see a large bag that is just sitting waiting to be delivered and no one is doing a single thing. Finally someone grabs it and starts walking, we asked if it was our order, they said yes. Mind you they didn't add a single thing to the bag before handing it to me, it was just sitting there. The bag was DRENCHED in sauce on the inside and we didn't even get our complete order, the 10 piece classic chicken we ordered and waited 40 min for was no where to be found. We expressed it was ridiculous and the employee laughed at us. I WILL NEVER RETURN. They clearly do not care a single solitary but about their jobs and I refuse to waste any more of my time and money on this place. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Always slow every time we come. They completely ignore you when you walk in, catering to the online orders or drive through and often don't have anyone assigned at the register to take orders. We had to call out to get someone's attention to get our order taken after standing there for 5 minutes with numerous employees walking past not acknowledging we are even there. On another visit they had run out of food and have had employees who are at the register not knowing what they are doing. Manager just stays in back without really ensuring things are running smoothly. We've left before due to an extremely long wait and have seen others leave for the same reason. The food is great. The operations and service continue to disappoint. I get the there's a certain edge with the "Popeyes Experience" but my last few visits have convinced me to avoid this location for now.
