They messed up my order I asked for chicken the one that has a bone in it. The gave me tenders not what I wanted. Plus I asked for Mac and cheese and I got soup with about 10 noodles in it. Also no flavor to even make a great soup. Called to complain and no answer so I guess customer service doesn't matter there.

At about 830 and 930 they never have chicken available. I was informed they only have three wings and 15min to wait for some. Not the first time it occurs multiple incidents . Wish they care for their customer service and ensure that chicken drops are done appropriately to meet customer demands. It’s a loss of business and on top of that we asked for spicy chicken and we didn’t get that. Our Red Beans and Rice also had a plastic piece of paper mix in. Very upset at spending money for such a low quality of food and service

High Tide

I stopped by here to grab something for lunch but it was kind of early (10:30a) I waited forever to get somebody to take my order clearly they were open, there was a guy in the inside sitting down having a bite. Then when I place the order the lady didn't speak English, but when I received order the chicken was fresh the red beans/rice still small and getting smaller. I guess this is a city wide thing!

Great workers, but the store needs to be torn down and start over. I got a sprite, there were black flecks floating in it I believe probably mold. The sandwich was all right but my girls tenders tasted idk sour? Revolting. I was there did an online order when i was there had to repeat my name a few times when we got there the food wasn’t done was told to wait infront some more and someone didn’t bring it out after 20 minutes more of waiting we left. They probably gave our food away to someone and never even noticed or come outside and apologized. We left and I requested a refund and bought food somewhere else. This was my first time to try the chicken sandwich. Flavor was good, but very disappointed that the bun was cold right out of the fridge! The cold bun did not go well with the extra spicy chicken

Had an online order which was paid for, arrived on time to pick up my order, and was told I had to wait until they cooked my order. The associate stated, " they had a lot of online orders that haven't been picked up, so they stopped cooking any pick-up orders until those orders were picked up." Smh!!! Confusing, huh? Do not go here. They only hirer children according to the manager (a kid herself. The oldest there is 16 . They do not get my orders right. And she told me if I do not like it do not come back. Was repeatedly told the wrong order when I got to the window to pay. She still gave me the wrong drink and then on top of that the fries are just thrown into the bag. And she did not provide me with a receipt because the machine was "not working" but I saw her throw it away when she closed the window.
