The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. It seemed that several of the staff didn't want to be there. It did, like many others have commented, take a very long time to fill the orders & most definitely weren't filling them on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Staff even blatantly ignored my husband when something was left out of our order & he went to the counter to request it. Then, it was given with much attitude. They definitely need better training. Super friendly service every time, feel very welcomed. Front associates happily greet you with a smile. Food prepared to perfection consistently. Tried the wings and they are exactly what you'd expect, crispy outside juicy inside and seasoned with that Popeyes magic. Wish I had bought more, couple other locations didn't have them but got to try them here. Look forward to stopping by again! 6$box but no sign showing. Not on menu board. Nowhere inside store. NOWHERE (where it matters). Ordered same thing for more money with 1 less side. I have visited them on 3 occasions, the first two times I asked for Tenders and they gave me chiken, I let it go, I thought they didn't understand me well, nothing happens today I visited them for the third time, I asked for tenders again and they gave me chiken again, this Occasionally, if I told them that I wanted to tend to what they told me they didn't have, that attitude leaves a lot to think about. You'll be waiting a hour regularly here while the employees run around outside and smoke, just to be given the wrong food.🧡 I eat here often because it's next door, so this is a review that includes alot of visits. i just left bout 30 mins ago first my food was wrong when i checked it at the counter and then i ordered 2 peppers the girl rung me up for 3 cause they was 1.99 i guess tryna make a sale. so i only got one. the employees seem to not know the difference between combo and dinner and they seem to not know the difference between MILD AND SPICY.
