Usually Popeyes is delicious but this was very bland and there was a feather. I have had a lot of fried chicken in my life and never saw a feather before. Went with a friend after work to eat and unfortunately received cold food. The cooks must’ve been too busy singing their inappropriate music that blared in the empty restaurant because all 3 of our sandwiches were cold to the touch and the cheese on one wasn’t even melted. We still ate them since we didn’t want to waste food but let one of the staff members know and his response was “Well I mean they do get colder as the day goes on.” Disappointed none the less we were hoping for some kind of compensation or at least a partial refund. Brandy was absolutely amazing!! I went back in because there was a mistake on my wings she was happy to make it right. While another lady in the back was saying in Spanish that she for sure put them in my bag. I explained to her that I had absolutely no reason to be dishonest about me getting my wings I ordered. Brandy was so sweet in her calm voice asking her to calm down and that “we need to make this right”. The other lady was still throwing a fit. She was ridiculous! Food good, when you get what you ordered. Tough eating shrimp without cocktail sauce, which was on the receipt. Also missing 5 biscuits from 10piece chicken meal. And then when I called to complain. This location is very convenient for me so I decided to stop in being a fan of Popeyes food . I did drive through and the customer service was wonderful, food portions and taste was all there . In my preference the fries could have been a bit my crispy but all in all I was satisfied and will be back again soon . I don’t review often but just dropped $40 in the drive thru for my family and got home to find out two of the sides were missing, the popcorn shrimp were over cooked and over breaded and the three Mac and cheese sides I ordered for my kids were mostly over-baked/burnt scrapings. Tried calling to address and it just rang and rang and no one picks up.

WOW. You guys should have stayed closed. Girlfriend and her sister went to get chicken for family and were met with horrible customer service right off the gate with an employee who would interrupt mid-order and be incredibly short with everyone. “Can we also have a Pepsi-“ “WE’RE OUT OF SODA.”. So they just got regular boxes of chicken strips with Cajun fries. My girlfriend personally got Mac and cheese which is actually burned (pictured). They also ordered lemonade which ended up being water. Actual water, not even a hint of lemon flavor just tap water. And to make matters worse, the chicken is FREAKING UNDERCOOKED! (also pictured) That is pitiful, and I’ve worked in fast food before. This is something you DO NOT DO. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

I ordered extra sauce and got NONE of it with my order or any sauces that came with it. I called three times and every single time I was hung up on by a disrespectful employee.
