The chicken is very good when you get a good piece that is properly cooked. That isn't often enough. The sides are good and the honey biscuits are great. It's clean, well kept bathroom. Not a top 5 pick for me. I eat white meat pref breast. When there's no meat on one of those I'm suspicious. I get white mixed now. the Thighs and drums are fairly reliable. Get a good cashier, good staff, luck of the draw for quality. Be more like Birdies y'all. Consistent quality, size, way fresh during lunch and dinner. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

There is an employee who works here by the name of Coretta Brown. She has the ugliest disposition when it comes to customer service. I don’t know how she still works here. She is very rude and over talks me when I’m trying to place my order, and then she gets the order wrong because she does not listen. One time me and my coworkers ordered lunch from here and the order was completely wrong. We told her about the incorrect order, but she proceeded to tell us the order was right because SHE put it together…. Her attitude needs to be rectified because it’s unacceptable. On 01/20/2024 at 6:28pm at Laplace La. Popeyes I ordered a 10pc spicy and when I got home I had 9 pieces. I called and when someone finally picked up the phone she said I have to go back with the chicken and I was already back home and didn’t not feel like leaving back out in 39 degree weather to get a piece of chicken. It's so sad that you have All those employees and they can't get your order right back in the eighties I was a employee of Popeyes and we never had that problem I order my food for me and my Lil son they didn't have mild chicken so I guess it was the manager told the man that was doing the frying to drop a stove of mild chicken twenty minutes past I heard that same manager where is the mild chicken the guy Mr Lee is waiting for his order oh you didn't drop it now he have to wait twelve more minutes OK twelve minutes later she came back to the table myself and my Lil son was sitting at right by the door and you could hear everything that stove wasn't drop also so she came to the table and said do you want chicken nuggets instead I said OK waited an additional fifteen minutes for that so she gave me a three piece spicy I got home just live three blocks away nuggets is cold chicken is old and it was horrible if that's what you working with you guys are in trouble and I gotten old chicken before but you guys had better people working for you in the early eighties and lesser employees and my name is Mr Lee Bridges and I'm sixty two years old and if you think I'm exaggerating take a look at your camera Wednesday eaving around about six and seven forty five PM.

I still can’t get over the fact that they wouldn’t correct a mistake they made on my order until they discovered that I had a person with me that they knew. What type of business is this? Great food, poor check of order quality. Every time I go to Popeyes or order delivery, I am missing items or receiving incorrect items. My most recent delivery order included two 6 pc wings, two sides, and one drink. The sauce for the wings was not given to me nor was the drink. This is not the first time I have received an incomplete or incorrect order. However, I will say the food that I receive is always delicious and hot. If the manager is ignorant you can’t expect a whole lot from this place. I have been in line and overheard employees cursing each other out. Plus it is filthy. I will never be back. Popeyes are you reviewing comments about management at your establishment? Clearly she needs a change in profession. I see other comments about the rudeness of the people who should be the example! I hope the health department close your doors since poor management isn’t enough. This happened 11/15/2023 5:00 p.m. I see another similar review 2 days ago. The lady manager that is working at Popeyes in LaPlace next to Churches chicken on today 11/13/2023 at 8:24am I the Customer ask were they taking coupons She heffa Come over the intercom rude and very Unprofessional What coupon u got I'm like wat she said it again with ATTITUDE I simply said 2 piece mixed signature with side she say oh no we not doing that. Today's visit was a drive-through visit. When i approached the line, i was 7th. It's a pretty lengthy line but not unusual for any popeyes. The line moved at a steady pace. I don't drink sodas, so I typically order the dinner. I was told that this location does not sell dinners. It's either the full combo or they ring everything up separate. Okay, not a problem! I asked the order taker to just give me a bottle of water as my drink. Yall, this lady got such an attitude with me for nothing. She got my order wrong and would not allow me to make the corrections. The lady got off the speaker n refused to respond. When i drove around to the window, it was not the same person that took my order. (Thank god) I told the young man what happened, and he apologized on her behalf. Very polite, young man! The exchange was flawless.
