Delicious biscuits! There were two I had my eye on; the strawberry shortie and southern belle biscuits. I ordered both very easily and didn’t wait too long to get them. The southern belle was good. Loved the gravy and my biscuit was soft and not too dry, but only when mixed with the gravy. The strawberry biscuit was good as well and loaded with strawberries which I loved. Overall a cute spot and easy parking situation which is always a plus. The workers were friendly and there was lots of indoor seating available.

Saw a YouTuber review this restaurant and I had to go. I am a biscuit and gravy guy so that is what I got. Rest of family got the big breakfast, Strawberry Shortie, and then the Avo-Yonder. Everything was excellent. Biscuits were large and fluffy and not dry. Prices were excellent and worth the trip. I met the owner and she was so nice, everything was cooked perfectly and place was clean. Place was so good I got The PBC to go and ate it for lunch, excellent. We will be back.

Southern Belle
Preservation Biscuit Company was such a cute little vibe! My friend and I visited on a rainy day and we were met with the most friendly staff who were very eager to help us. We noted that we had never been before and they had so many recommendations! You could tell that they truly enjoyed the food there as well.
I ordered the biscuits & sausage gravy, and my friend had The Brekkie . She requested the vegan version and said that it was really good! My biscuits and gravy were AMAZING. I got the two biscuits option and had more than enough for another meal left over.
Outside of the employees and the food being 10/10, the atmosphere was really simple and cute. They had cheery window messages and decor inside that was fall themed, as well as an adorable biscuit mural on the wall. We went around 1 PM on a Friday afternoon and it we were the only ones dining in, so we had a very lovely experience. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back again!

The PBC
Preservation Biscuits Company has some of the best made from scratch biscuits I’ve had in a while.
On this visit I was drawn to the Trivial Prosciutto biscuit that was layered with caramelized onions, several slices of prosciutto and an egg over easy. The biscuit was filling, yummy and definitely worth the $12.
For dessert, I ordered the Apple of Our Eyes biscuit to go. Made with fried apples coated with cinnamon and sugar, the dish traveled well due to the thickness of the biscuit. Once warmed up, it tasted like it came straight from the oven.
As a parting gift, a jar of freshly made strawberry jam was given to enjoy at my leisure

Oh my goodness! Never thought I would say this, but why are these biscuits so good? I am not a big fan of biscuits, so I didn't expect too much walking into the store. However, I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered Southern Belle and the Seasonal Special, Apple of Our Eye. Sausage gravy on the biscuits was so flavorful, and cinnamon apples complimented biscuits so well, not too sweet. I absolutely love their homemade jams. You must try their strawberry and prach jams, so good!
I can't wait to come back to try other savory biscuits :)

I’ve been to Preservation Biscuit twice now this past month. I was looking for a solid breakfast sandwich and I ran across this gem. The service itself was fantastic. It only took 5-7min for my food to be prepared after ordering. The host is very kind and efficient. The sandwiches are awesome. I tried the Breakie and the PBC. They were both delicious. I took both order to go but there is seating inside. Definitely a hidden gem.

Had this on my list of restaurants to check out. Staff were very friendly we were greeted immediately. Not a big place so seating is limited they do have a few seats outside. We ordered to go everything was wonderful! We will definitely be back to try out other menu items! Parking is a bit tight.

The PBC
Preservation Biscuit is located in a little strip of stores known as Southgate Village Shoppes just off of S. Washington. Plenty of free parking in the open lot just outside the front door, but a little tight to maneuver.
I went on a Wednesday afternoon, around 2pm. I was the only customer in the shop, and they looked like they were starting their daily end-of-day cleanup (they close at 3pm). I ordered two biscuits to go, one savory and one sweet: The PBC (chicken tenders, hot honey, bacon, Napa cabbage, smoked Gouda pimento cheese, and Dijon mustard) and a Strawberry Shortie (strawberry shortcake). I ate the PBC in the car, and saved the Shortie for later.
The PBC was very tasty, albeit quite messy to eat! It had a great layered flavor, but it didn't stay warm for long in the paper to-go box. I forgot to take a pic of it, likely because I was so hungry and dug right in without hesitation.
The Strawberry Shortie that I enjoyed later had a tiny lidded ramekin of strawberry sauce and one of whipped cream to place on top (so it didn't make the biscuit soggy in the to-go container). It was delicious, and my only complaint was there could have been *two* plastic ramekins of strawberry sauce and whipped cream to feel like there was enough to fully dress the biscuit.
They offer a few tables inside, and I think the outside section (which looks like a leftover from the Covid era of outdoor dining options) might be theirs as well. Inside had cute decor and an interesting wall mural. Plenty of seating via a few regular 4-tops and some counter seating too.
Whether to enjoy there or at home, both the savory and sweet biscuit options were delicious. Biscuits were not too dry nor too moist, and held up well even with stuffed contents and wet fillings.
Definitely worth a trip for breakfast, lunch, or a yummy to-go dessert for later!

Nice place!! The food was really good. It's a small place with very few tables, so go early. A bit expensive, but worth it. I just wished they had hot chocolate for kids.

The PBC
We visited Preservation Biscuit Company and our savory biscuits were absolutely delicious. We got the PBC and a seasonal one. The pimento cheese and honey on the PBC was such an excellent combo. Both were great but very messy especially the one with sauce drizzled on top. Would be helpful to have napkin dispensers on each table. We were only given one prepackaged plastic silverware set with one napkin in it at first and that’s definitely not enough for these biscuits. I was a little underwhelmed with the you’re a peach biscuit. I’m not sure if it was missing the peach sauce it was supposed to come with or if it was light on sauce but if felt like it was missing something like a sauce. Overall delicious homemade biscuits and love to see a black owned business thriving.
