We love this little bakery which provides excellent products and great service. Buy your sandwiches here for lunch and enjoy a good take away coffee. Love the sough-dour breads.

When in Claremont ALWAYS stop at Proof bakery for a coffee,☕️ pastries 🥮 and some good quality bread 🥖. I always have a good experience and the two ladies working there are very friendly. You have to go and they have SnapScan

Excellent service. Absolutely stunning bread and cake. The rye and sour dough breads, lemon meringue and almond cakes are perfect and delicious 😋 😍

Just bought the saddest looking croissant from them. They're out local bakery but their inconsistency is so
disappointing

The best croissants I've ever had, rivalling the French. Completely blows all other competition away. Bread is delicious too. Don't go too late as they sell out around 12!

Delicious and freshly baked with superb quality ingredients.
Came back to rave about the service: I couldn't make up my mind about whether to buy sour dough or rye bread - the owner to my enormous surprise gave me a free loaf of the latter (baked yesterday) after I'd made a choice to buy the former. I know obviously this cannot be standard practice, but they graciousness will not be forgotten! Toasted will be equally delicious!

We visit every weekend and grab Proof’s delicious chocolate croissants! Sometimes I sneak off before work during the week too! 😂 If you’re out of luck with the chocolate croissants, their almond or cinnamon ones are just as delicious! The staff are super friendly, as well as the owner, Joanne.

Just tried this little bakery out today. They have some of the best pastries you will find in the Southern Suburbs. Perfect coffee, would highly recommend 👌
