This store is wonderful. Recently I needed 24 cases of water and one of the managers, Steve let me pay for it up front but loaded it in to our vehicle out back so I didn't have to carry it all! I'm a customer for life now! Exceptional customer service is their strength here. There's a couple of front end managers that really go out of their way to make customer experiences so amazing. I also often see staff assisting customers to their cars, helping them unload groceries, and whatever other help is needed. The employees at this location always answer questions, stay professional, efficient and go over and beyond what is expected. The only con I would say is some things are super expensive- you have to watch your prices here. However, they have tons of BOGO deals, coupons to save on a few things, and a great variety. The deli and produce sections are truly exceptional with a LOT of variety. I love their$5 sushi Wednesdays, and their " pub subs" ate unbelievaby good- watch for their sandwich of the week! I also love publix has an app so you can sign up for publix perks , dollar off coupons for next visit, and they let you see what's coming the next week.

I've orderderd there subs a few times. 1st time no oil and red wine . Today i go in for subs again. And be sure to ask. She rudely says they should be in your bag. Looked at me like i was dumb for asking. (Small girl, dark hair with piercings all over her face.) Get home and guess what .... No oil and wine packages. Its the little things folks! Store is over priced and under staffed.

Always have everything you'll ever want at the supermarket. 100x better than winn-dixie. The stores are always clean the people are very friendly and they even have employees in the parking lot waiting for you to walk out of the store with your groceries in order to put them in your vehicle for you. For no fee at all. The guy wouldn't even take a tip from me. How great is that? I put money in his pocket anyway, though, lol. It's always a great experience here. Like I said, the store is very clean. The people are great. I'll never go anywhere else for groceries in Central Florida except for Publix.

Great place to do my shopping. AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRENDLY. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT TACKING CARE OF THE COUSTEMERS.WE THE COUSTEMER COME FIRST, AND I LOVE THAT .

Love my local Publix. Only suggestion would be for cashiers and baggers to spend less time talking to each other and more time paying attention to the customers and tasks, like bagging without destruction. There are times when they never look at you until the receipt comes because they are so involved in their discussion.

Why all the overprocessed overpriced foods?seems we have little in choice.it just looks stocked now.so many foods closed dated or out of date now also.fruits dont seem to have the same good flavor. Yet our area has no real comitation.so no incentive to improve.doing my best to stay healthy.

Store is fine! Pharmacy not so much@ recently moved here from a neighboring country. I've used Publix Pharmacy for close to forty years always been great but have nothing but problems with this one. When I said something I was talked to like I was garbage. Highly unprofessional.
