Supermarket Entrance is through the Parking lot. It's a little tricky if it's your first time visit. Need to take an Escalator up and down. Your shopping cart also goes on an Escalator as well. Good Food Choices. Produce was abundant and fresh. Clean overall. Friendly Checkout staff. Your groceries are bagged and they give plastic bags for your groceries.
Unique experience parking above. It was easy to get in and out by car. The elevator did not take that long and was plenty large for me and several other Shoppers with baskets. As far as the store goes it was spotless. Isles were fully stocked and had the same sales as any other Publix. The meat case was full and the produce area was very nice as well.
Oh, Publix in Riviera Beach, where do I even begin? This place is truly a masterclass in customer inconvenience. First of all, I must commend them on their remarkable talent for arranging their parking lot like an obstacle course. It's like they designed it specifically to test your driving skills and patience. And once you finally make it inside, prepare to embark on a scavenger hunt for the items on your shopping list because they're scattered in the most cryptic locations.
The staff here? Well, let's just say they're world-class experts in the art of indifference. It's as if they have a secret competition to see who can be the least helpful. Need assistance? Good luck! It's more likely you'll win the lottery.
And don't even get me started on the prices. Publix seems to have a magical ability to make your wallet disappear faster than a magician on a stage. You'll be shocked at how much you spend on basic groceries.
In all seriousness, if you enjoy frustration, convoluted layouts, and parting with your hard-earned cash, Publix in Riviera Beach is the place for you. If not, well, there are plenty of other stores in the sea.
I'm always trying to pick up my lunch here because it's a great deal. I was in West Plam Beach for work. So I always stop at publix to pick up my lunch meal.
Probably the worst experience at check out. Every Publix I have been too when they have the BOGO deals, they allow you to buy just one at half price. Or 2 items at half off each. NOT HERE! And when my wife and I questioned it, the self-checkout attendant “assumed” we were going to steal the items when I said I’d go and put them back. He then proceeded to reach into our cart and remove items we had yet to run up. Jesus Christ man, chill. I’m RETURNING the items and my wife is ACTIVELY still running items through the register. DO NOT REACH INTO MY CART AND START REMOVING ITEMS THAT WE ARE TRYING TO PAY FOR. this happened on 9/11/2023 around 550 pm. Whoever that attendant is needs to either be retrained and or coached/counseled. Everybody else was incredible but this guy really threw us off.
