Located beside Klinik Hana.
Cafe has french bulls dogs running around (no idea if its resident dogs or customers).
Turi Matcha Latte (rm15);
matcha taste diluted.
Mashed Potato with Mushroom Sauce (rm8);
decent. if sauce is not enough, you can ask for more at no extra charge.
Udon Noodles with Dashi Soup (rm19.90);
theres a kind of deep taste that i cant desribe (not a pleasant one) and strong veggie stench.
Spaghetti Carbonara with Ham (rm18);
taste itself is delicious but the spaghetti is cutted into short strands so i could not swirl it like an italian :/
Cafe is clean and odorless. Staff are friendly.
Despite being a pet cafe, i think food is decent.
Would be nice if they have more resident dogs roaming around, i don't own any pets, i cant be rabaing other customer's pets.
I come to places like this to get my pet fix and pat some pets.

It’s our usual spot since Pup Up opening. Clean peaceful environment and the staffs always so friendly to all the pets here. So many freebies on and off, and different themes were set up from time to time. Highly recommended!

Well run, comfortable, well renovated dog friendly cafe. Very neat and clean.drinks are very nice. Cakes are very very good. Menu a mix of western and local with good, but not excellent taste. There is a nice house dog that likes to be petted and customers will often bring in their dogs. For a pet cafe it's very good.

We visit this pet friendly cafe regularly. So far everything we’ve tried tastes good. Prices are reasonable for a cafe.
If you like a laid back vibe where you can chill quietly with your pet, visit on weekdays.
It gets a little bit more busy on weekends, and you get to see other pet owners bring many different breeds of dogs.
Staff are friendly and genuinely love animals.

Very clean and cozy place for dogs and owners. They even provide water bowls for your dog! Ordered their Lamb Chop, Tomyam Seafood Rice & Matcha Latte (they used Neko Neko graded Matcha!) surprisingly delicious! Overall the owners and staff were super helpful and welcoming, my dog wasn’t as stress as other pet cafe as the owners were understanding enough to keep away their more hyperactive dogs (my dog was kinda antisocial). There are built in hooks for owners to hook their pet leashes too!
Definitely recommended and will return.
Why it deserve 1 star from me, read the last part.
The café is clean as its new. Of course the have the carabiner with a wall hook on the side for us to leash our pet. Parking is aplenty since the commercial area in EcoMajestic is not 100% fully occupied.
Food wise, it was soso. The price is not too expensive, we ordered black pepper chicken chop that serves with fries. Portion wise not too big, but not to small either. In layman term, acceptable. I also ordered a ice chocolate and it that taste good. Comes in a small sized portion but it taste good. Chicken chop price at RM18 and iced chocolate at RM12.
The things that turned me down
1. The music played in the café is too loud. I feel like im in club and not café. Too noisy for such environment. Guess the owner (he is there) didn’t really understand café type of music.
2. The staff are not that friendly. Hardly any of them greeted us. Even the owner who came in later busy with his dog cleaning up his dog ear instead of greeting customer. This is basic 101 for F&B business. Greet and you shall be greeted.
3. Im there with my wife, my 16 months baby and a 4 year old beagle. When we are about to leave, it pours very heavily. While I get my car in order to park in front of the café so it’s nearer for my family to get into the car, my wife is waiting INSIDE THE CAFÉ BEHIND THE MAIN DOOR with one hand carrying the baby and another holding on the the beagle. NO ONE CAME AND OFFER UMBRELLA. NO ONE EVEN BOTHER TO ASK IF ANY HELP IS NEEDED. NO ONE BOTHERS. THIS IS A LOWEST SERVICE LEVEL I’VE SEEN.
Everything was ok and i still can accept the flaw and I may return, but the last part is a huge turn off. Youngster who has poor service mindset running the café.
Love the tiramisu cake and dirty Nutella coffee. Enjoyed the atmosphere and can notice pets and pet owners enjoying the camaraderie amongst each other. Prices are reasonable. I appreciated that there was a corner showcasing pets that were available for adoption. Will definitely be back.

The cafe cleanliness is tip top level and staff are so friendly! The food is decent, however otak-otak I ordered went soured, and the chef did acknowledge and replace with a new one. Would suggest the kitchen to check their food expiry and preservation regularly to avoid from happening again.
