Everyone in this area has been going here for years. What happened? This place is disgusting. Old food. Cross contamination with cheese, meats, Salsas. One employee NOT WEARING gloves. Their prep area was filthy. Employees telling customers that they smoked weed before work. Employees touching their hair with gloves. Health Dept. Will be called. This place is absolutely unacceptable.

I typically am not one to leave a bad review..but I just got take out lunch and the worker was so rude to me. I explained to her that I did not know how the ordering process went and she looked very annoyed with me and acted that way the entire time. I felt very unwelcome and wanted to walk out before completing my order because of how unkind the lady was, but I was hungry and decided to just deal with it. She treated me like I was dumb for asking questions about the different food options to add to my burrito. Besides that, the food was great.

Meat was not hot. Just warm. The rice was crunchy like it was yesterdays and for two people to eat it was over $30. I would have much rather gone to a regular Mexican restaurant.

Order had a 6" long hair inside the food. Manager stated was nothing she could do because it was delivered by door dash and the billing is separate.
Inspect your food before you eat it as their standards are low at best in this case.

My husband had never been to a Qdoba, so I suggested we go for supper as he loves Mexican food. I had described it as a Subway type place for Mexican food. I told him you choose your tortilla and pick what you want in it, etc. We walked into a mostly empty restaurant. There were two people inside and four on the outside patio. We walked to the counter, and I mentioned to the person waiting on us that my husband had never eaten at Qdoba before. The server says, "Well, I always suggest our 'bowls' to anyone who has never eaten here before." I honestly don't know why you would suggest a bowl as opposed to a wrap, unless they were going to have to get more out or they didn't want to roll/wrap them, but he didn't get a wrap because he didn't know to ask. His bowl was disappointing, to say the least. We chose to sit on the patio near the water (which was the reason you received 4 stars for atmosphere). It was just as well as I don't think there were any clean tables inside. It was a totally disappointing visit! We will not be back to the Branson location.

They don't really pay attention to what you order, they completely screwed up my order... Ended up footing the bill for $24, and didn't get a main course, just empty flour tortillas, and chips and salsa. Door Dash also sucked, they only refunded me $3.72 for the missing tacos by

Yesterday was my first visit with my wife and we both loved it! I had the brisket and she had chicken, we both had wheat quesadillas. I love being able to pick my own ingredients and they have a nice selection. The price is a bit steep compared to other similar places in my opinion, but the quality of food AND great service can't be beat! I'll definitely eat there again.
Dakota was a godsend tonight. The line was long from a sports team but he busted it all out in record time and never once made us feel any less than taken care of.

I do not normally leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Staff were rude. Bathrooms were out of order. Online states they have plant based "meat" options. Part of our party does not eat meat. They in fact did not have that as an option. Which is fine, but they shouldn't have it listed online. Our daughter ordered guacamole, and it was brown.
