Clients don't highly appreciate lemonade at this fast food. Qdoba Mexican Eats is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will appreciate attractive prices. The comfortable atmosphere makes a good impression on guests. But this place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

this morning i ordered off of doordash a bowl with extra chicken. when i received my bowl there was very little chicken, rice and lettuce. since i paid $4.80 for extra chicken i expect extra. i used to work for a qdoba, one scoop regular and two for double, i could definitely tell there was one scoop. what made it even better was that i ordered chips and queso, the queso was not filled to the top and there was very little chips, felt like i was at the store where half of the chip bag is air :), i paid $8.00 for that!! regardless i suggest that you go in person so you can control how much food you get or else an employee might do this to you unfortunately Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I took my family for dinner this last weekend and Amber was so helpful and she was great with my kids! Great food and amazing service . Way better experience from our last visit at a Qdoba! I ordered a burrito for my lunch break, as I have done often. Upon biting into it, I noticed the texture to be off. I spit it out and saw the chicken was raw. I called the store with the hopes of just letting them know, so that they can make sure to check. I spoke with Orion(?) who claimed to be the manager. He off the bat told me I was wrong, and the line cook temp checked the meat all day, as he “saw him do it” and cameras could prove it. I let him know I wasn’t doubting any of that, but regardless, I was looking at raw meat in my burrito. He again told me I was wrong, extremely dismissive, and let me know he dealt with “someone like me” last week and they didn’t get anything out of it either. I asked at what point did I request anything, not even a refund. I wanted the number for someone over him, he said there was no one. I let him know I know there was, so he gave me the number for a “Cassie” who he claimed was the general manager. He did let me know she would agree with him, and I was wasting my time. The number he provided was the store number as when I called, it directed me back to him. I am completely appalled by not only this managers attitude, lack of customer service skills, also by the fact that a customer in good faith was trying to inform the store of a potential issue and I was treated so horribly for doing so.

Ordered catering for 40 people from this location. They were awesome. Food was ready on time, fresh, delicious... they sent everything needed, including serving utensils, bowls, napkins, and forks. Their chips are the best 👌 Made my event simple to manage. The instructions on needed space was very helpful. Trust me when I say we eat Qdoba often. But never at this location. And I have never seen one so dirty. Not one clean table in the place. Food all over the counter and the floor in the back/prep area. The 2nd girl making our food had a case of the "what else" 's where they try to hurry you along so much that you can't even tell them what you want without feeling rushed. She clearly hates her job and was thankless and rude at the end. While we were eating, after clearing off a table, they were having what should be private, personal conversations LOUDLY for everyone to hear. Including with friends that came in and sat up on the bars near the glass where customers order food. Is there even a manager? Is anyone in charge here? It looks like it's run by teenagers with absolutely no customer service training whatsoever. Very bad look for a restaurant that I feel is normally a great choice for my family....if you drive further south.
