Can you imagine discriminating against a Native American during Native American heritage month? Hoping the night manager and attendant working tonight (11/17) around 10:30 both overcome their ignorance and learn better customer service. So so disappointing especially considering I shop here all the time bc I live right across the street.

The store is very clean and the staff have always treated me kindly. Helpful staff and wonderful customer service. Fresh vegetables and fruits are available in comparatively low cost. Not such a large parking area. Sometimes the price of showcase and the price of the cashbox is different.

A fair QFC located in Lake Hills, slightly smaller than most other QFC, but the produce section seems to be as good as any other store, likewise for Deli and bakery and meat department. Years ago, this used to be a px, then Mayfair, then tradewell, then red apple which finally got torn down and now there's a QFC here. There's also a Starbucks inside and they have a pharmacy too. Good location for the area.

We live close to this QFC store. And We often shop here for that convenience. A trend in the past few years has been to close all the checkouts and only have self check out open after a certain time of day. I do not like self checkout unless I am in a hurry with just a few items and I know I am not alone in feeling this way. I'm usually there with at least a full cart. Maybe 2. And I'm usually there later in the evening because of my schedule. . I am aware that I can find someone and ask for a checkstand to be opened. And that they will do that. But I will say it's often greeted with a groan and eye-rolling. And I don't appreciate it. Tonight the situation occurred and I had 2 carts of groceries and my daughter with me. Taking up a lot of space and being very obvious at the self checkout. There were 4 employees chatting right next to us. I know there is supposed to be one there to help if people need help, but there were four. No one offered to help no one offered to open a checkstand. When I asked about it they said they could open a Checkstand, but we were already in the middle of scanning our Items. I was very irritated. I'm sure that the guy who was working at the Self Checkout was aware of that and the other employees scattered to other areas of the store. I am less impressed with this store every time. It is not convenient enough to have to deal with this. I am not an employee and don't think I will shop there unless I really need to.

Will never shop here again after accuse mine 8-month-old pregnant wife of stealing 1 avocado after spending $40 in their establishment the manager today was terrible didn't care about losing business shameful how you treat people.

QFC Bellevue East was always a quaint smaller quality neighborhood grocery store, With lots of familiar faces. It wasn't that way for awhile, but I'm glad i get the feeling it's there again somehow. The people/employees, are the heart of everything there for us. People like Joyce, Bob, Mary & famliar Happy helpful emoyees that give so much, make us feel special every time we come in. Just went to the Starbucks and was scoffed at by female dark hair dark glasses for forgetting my pin number This made me feel very bad. The Starbucks review was last year today I was not said. Hello to or Goodbye from or thank you. By the people checking me out. They were young and new employees. This this is something I'm not used to. Because this is the store I shop at and have shopped at 10 years now.

I’ve gone here for years and some workers are nicer then others. I get that. I’ve had great customer service from an older women with glass and red hair. She is always so nice and seems to recognize us since we’ve been coming for so long. Today though I had a lot of groceries and the cashier did nothing to pack them. I thought nothing of it but once he was done ringing me up he just stood there while I packed the rest of my food. He made no attempt to help me. I noticed a lady came to the line and exited out of the store. When I brought the shopping cart back inside for the next person he was packing her items. Definitely made me think as to why he didn’t help me.
