Food was great. Service was very good. This isn't terribly exciting mexican food but the menu is strong and the selections we had were good. Restaurant was clean and staff was nice. Overall a pleasant dinner and good "bang for the buck" as far as food at the beaches go. Had the super burrito. AMAZING SALSA! It was good. I like the atmosphere it had a lot going on. There's plenty to look at. Service was also good. Will be eating here again.👍🏻 I was there around 10:30 on a Friday night. Even that closer to close after what I'm sure was a busy night still got good service and food. It’s hard to find good Mexican food in Jacksonville. I’ve lived in many places in my life time. But, we took a chance on this place and was pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed our food. My husband ordered the spicy taco. I ordered the birria tacos. Never had them before so I have nothing to compare it to. Yum. Great staff. Good food. Quant little place. Definitely coming back.

Are you kidding me - the entire place has skulls and skeletons. Like everywhere. And, I do mean everywhere. And, yes, I understand and appreciate Mexican culture - but it would have terrified my children and it made me uncomfortable - like a bad Steven King novel. I was a US diplomat - I appreciate culture - but way over the top. It was not a pleasant experience. Food was okay - bland, and service okay - but the lack of local - JAX - awareness of perception stunned me. I did raise with staff who urged me to look at this as cultural - my response - look around - again, over the top. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Perfect place for vegetarians!! The food was delicious and we couldn’t stop ourselves. We don’t eat meat and asked for a replacement of veggies. It was so well made and flavorful! Usually places give you beans and nothing else, so we were very happy! The combination of everything tastes well together. Happy and helpful staff! So glad we stopped here 🎉🎉
