An oasis in the middle of Kazakhstan for all that enjoy a vegetarian meal, regardless of one’s reason. They have a strong variety of dishes, some more Indian looking whereas some others seem to be from more Slavic cuisines. Regardless, the overall taste profile fits well with a toned down version of Desi food that I got used to in Russia. This is NOT an Indian restaurant so do not expect the food to be full of spices. It is a cheap cafeteria with tasty homey healthy food. I would suggest the owners to consider putting salt and pepper on tables though, and maybe keeping a few items on heaters so that they should not all be microwaved. I for one never use a microwave at home so that was certainly a bummer but for this hospitality and freedom of choice, I cannot complain much. Прекрасная столовая, очень вкусно готовят, много классических веганских блюд. Обратите внимание, что не все здесь по вегану, но работники хорошо разбираются в веганстве и всегда готовы сказать вам, какие продукты веганские, а какие нет. Очень люблю эту столовую, всегда ем здесь.
