I did not go into this Raising Cane's with an open mind. I had been to the one by Target a few years back and was not impressed. My son asked to go, so we went. I will admit that walking in I was impressed. It doesn't have the standard fast food feel, despite ordering off the large menu at the counter. The facilities just looked cleaner and nicer than fast food. The initial service was great. We were politely and promptly greeted as soon as we walked in. We placed our order, got our drinks, and barely got to the table when our order was delivered by the friendly gentleman I assume to be the manager. He asked if there was anything we needed, and told us to enjoy. The food was great. Everything was fresh and exceeded my previous visit to other Canes. Part way through our meal we were asked if we needed a drink refill, which exceeds any expectations of fast food. When we were done our trash was taken for us, and we were acknowledged with a "Thank you" as we left. All in all I had no complaints, considering I was prepared to be unimpressed. Raising canes is the best restaurant out there in my OPINION. The fingers are crispy, fresh and golden brown. The fries are like regulär fries but are still so good. The canes sauce is so unique and so good and it’s just the right amount of tangy, sweet, and flavorful. Raising canes is an amazing place and I recommend going there. I go to canes a lot and I love it but this last time when I pay and ask for extra CANES SAUCE, why is it when I get home I ONLY HAVE HONEY MUSTARD in my order!!! Not that I don’t like honey mustard but when I ask and pay for one specific thing and it’s the total opposite, I am very disappointed. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

The food was amazing as always. Hot and quick and fresh. We dined in this time. It was a little messy since it was right after lunch rush. When we arrived only a couple of tables were available none of which were clean, had to get wipes and clean the table ourselves. The chicken fingers were hot, the fries were less than a handful, and were barely warm and had to wait 15-20mins for it, the breading on the chicken left a burnt after taste, the ice tea tasted old and metallic. The music was too loud, all the employees seemed 20 or under, not saying that's a bad thing just gave the restaurant a frat party atmosphere. Usually love eating at Canes, my mother was in town wanted to stop in for some fast chicken and we get told they are closing for the holiday. Completely understandable but what wasn’t nice at all the 2 young men laughing at us from behind the counter because we were told they were closed. Makes me really not want to ever come back. The other person, Jonathan was nice and made the atmosphere a tad better, however, it was very hard to enjoy my meal with Masons smart remarks. I love stopping every month when I come into Tulsa, I always get Cane's chicken to go. I just wish there was a Cane's near me in Mena Ar. Great food!!
