First time at this Canes location. Stopped here to eat because we know and love Canes. We dined in because the drive thru was extremely crowded and cars were lined up all over the parking lot. My daughter and I split a Caniac combo. Chicken, fries and toast were great. We usually skip the coleslaw because we don’t like it. Our order was prepared in a reasonable amount of time and the service was great. This was my first time eating here. There about five of us who tried it for the first time and we all scored it and I divided it up and it ended up being a four out of five stars. Everyone else got really equal serving sizes when they got their combo just one of my chicken strips was kind of smaller compared to other people but not that big of a deal. The toast was good the chicken was amazing and I liked their sauce. Those types of french fries are not my cup of tea but I do think it could have had a little more salt on it. Overall I was satisfied with my meal and really happy with the customer service and the atmosphere inside the place. I would definitely recommend people to try this place out if they haven't already. The food came out fairly quickly after ordering and there was no line when I went to order in the first place. My only complaint is that there isn't a location near me back at home. Not sure what all the noise about this place is for? The chicken did not travel well. 10 minutes in that Styrofoam box turned the chicken mushy. Not a fan of their crinkle fries. And Texas Toast? Really? They do have good lemonade. Always wanted to try Cane's. Now I have and I don't need to come back. The only good thing here was the service! The 4 piece box equated to 2 pieces of chicken. The fries were so soggy and under cooked that we could not eat them and there was one piece of lettuce on the chicken sandwich that was not edible. For 3 people ot cost just about $40! It’s all good food, but nothing that is a cut above the rest. I do wish the chicken breading had more flavor but I do like how light the breading is. The fries could be crispier. I love that I used to work at Raising Cane’s in Paradise Valley about 10 years ago and then I moved to Tucson to work at Raising Cane’s on Broadway when it had just opened, my husband at that time was part of the NRO for that restaurant and let me tell you something! The service we provided and the food quality was the best at both restaurants and now that I left that job and moved back to Phoenix and its surrounding areas, I keep stopping to eat at any Raising Cane’s I pass and the service and the food quality I receive is the same I used to give, and coming from a customer service professional this is saying a lot! In all these years Raising Cane’s has not forgotten their mission and is still living up to it. To grow Restaurants all over the world and be known as the brand for quality chicken finger meals, a great crew, cool culture and active community involvement. I’m not going to lie, I now work at a place where I get paid $27 per hour 40 hours a week with weekends off and great benefits and 1 company bonus plus Christmas bonus but there are days that I want to go back to work at Raising Cane’s to continue being part of their amazing service. If you like chicken strips, this place never disappoints. I don't really need the toast, but it isn't bad. The coleslaw needs a little added salt and pepper. The sauce is awesome! The chicken is so fluffy and moist, it tastes pretty good too. This place is definitely "one love" and that's chicken. Its not about what you're having, that's established, it's about how much of it. Staff is super nice, the place is brand new, so super clean. It does fill you up quick and I read online about the high levels of msg in their food. Still, I will be back.

The chicken is so ridiculous small...for these prices...inflation hit their chickens so hard...then their drinks are so filled with ice before you can take a few sips it's magically gone cause all the ice. I'm so done. I regret this purchase with every fiber in my being.
