Pretty good place for the most part. The flavor is good, and the crunch in the chicken is quite perfect. The bread is often soggy though. The eating areas are mostly clean. The staff is friendly but they really need to learn to pay attention to their customer when they're right in front of them. I've walked in and waited for their conversation to finish first, before they came to attend me, even though I was seen walking in. I'm very disappointed. I ordered a box combo along with other items and didn't get the box combo. I was charged for it and when I called them. I requested for a refund and still have not received it.

Visiting the area for a few weeks first time experience drive through service was excellent food was out in a timely matter. Had to go inside to use the facilities. Really clean actually sparkled. Decent place to get a bite to eat I guess... it's like the chicken equivalent to in and out burger.... way too expensive, highly overrated.... just basically a place to buy fancy chicken nuggets .... only redeeming thing is that what the food lacks, is made up by the exemplary level of customer service, the employees are very polite, accommodating and have an overall upbeat attitude... much different than the vermin, scumbag type that saturate most of the fast food chains nowadays.
