I went recently and the food wasn’t the best. The lettuce all smooched and the fries extremely salty. Couldn’t eat it, the lemonade flat. I visited inside couple weeks ago and they improved in the cleaning area. There’s no consistency however the service is excellent. They friendly, fast and courteous. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time diner here. I have to say this was a good experience. The food was quick coming out and very hot. The chicken was tender and juicy. The fries were salted perfectly. The 4 piece meal was too much food for me. Overall this was a good experience. My family and I will definitely be visiting this restaurant in the near future. I've been meaning to come to this place for like 2 years and now I finally did👍 I stopped in really quick just to get it to go order and my cashier was javeris, he was really helpful since it was my first time and very knowledgeable about the menu and also had a great attitude!! The chicken is amazing❤ the decor is very very cool and it was a quiet night so I was in and out super fast.

Came into the neighborhood with a bang ! Sticking around with a whimper. When Canes opened up it was amazing large chicken pieces and juicy as can be. Fast forward to just a short time later and now the pieces are half the size they used to be and that's being generous. Don't mind paying the price for a quality product. We were on our way to a concert in the city and in order to save time, I ordered and paid for Canes ahead of time for 4 people. The order said it would be ready at 5:23…yaaaay, not a problem. We were planning on eating in the car. Got there at 5:30! Order? What order? Nope we don’t have anything for that name? Didn’t seem the least bit concerned that I had proof that it should already be ready. The girl at the counter was extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. Didn’t rush at all to get our order done. When I told them I was missing a drink, she handed me a cup and told me to get it myself. At 5:48 they finally had it ready. No sorry, no thank you, no anything.
