My husband and I returned for the 2nd time on 25 February 2024. What an excellent place. Fresh, fresh, fresh. Pastries, savoury, breakfast, sausages. I recommend it all. The most unfriendly Staff and Service in the whole of Swakopmund of all few bakeries in the lovely town.. Overcharged prices. Wrong items in shopping bags. One buys normal brötchens and gets home with other clients shopping goods or I get butter spread brötchens...Buy a bread and they don't want to cut it for u... Sad stories..

Very disappointing experience! I looked forward to the German food on my travels. The staff were unfriendly. I received 4 stale "Spritzkuchen" after I asked if it was fresh. Sad to see that management could not be bothered. Clearly they need some competition. Very disappointed ex Nambian

Staff and managers, are so rude. It's just not worth the food. Check your change and your charges. They ring up as they feel and the manager does not care.

This was the disappointment of my visit to Swakopmund. The products they offer looks very good but be aware a staff member named "Maria" is such a racist she mistreats white people, she's very unfriendly and unhelpful. I walked out of the shop leaving what I wanted to buy wandering if the owner knows what damage this person does to his business. Rather visit Pr**st in Walvis Bay they offer excellent service.
