The food is mediocre, I love Mexican Food and experienced the best and the worst of Mexican cuisine unfortunately this is not the best representation of The flavorful food that Mexico has to offer. The food arrives with a chemical smell, I think they need to separate the food paper towels and plastic bags when they clean and disinfect the restaurant. The smell of cheap cleaner is on everything. I gave them several chances to see if anything was different but unfortunately nothing has changed. The service is horrible at the drive through, the lady is rude and condescending. Again NOT a good representation of authentic Mexican service. Do not recommend

Okay so I went to the drive to tonight and I got the smothered burrito twice. They told them no sauce. I wanted rice and beans. The burrito had the sauce on it which I didn't want. There was no rice and beans. I called them. They fixed the order but when I got home the burrito only had me in it. There was no rice. There was no beans. I told him I wanted less inside of it. They didn't put the lesson inside of it. That's why they got a poor rating tonight. Every other time I've been there. They've been good and I'm not driving back again for them to fix it again. Service was the worst I've ever had! The people there are so rude and unprofessional! You will speak to them in English and the woman taking your order would respond in Spanish and half english, to come and get upset when she gets your order wrong! To try and still get you to take your order even though it is not what you asked for. Not only that but to sit there and argue with you about what YOU ordered and she got wrong. Doesn't stop there, then to turn around and tell the entire staff loud and in front of you, how she doesn't think she got the order wrong that your at fault. When the food is finally given to you correct which they took a long time to give you, the entire staff keeps staring you down as you eat! Not to mention the food was not at all worth the hassle! I love the food, very cozy interior, and the food is delicious, I've had both the Carne Asada burrito and the California burrito, both excellent, very filling. Also, if you like Horchata, try theirs, it isn't listed on the drive thru menu, but ask and ye shall receive, it's phenomenal. I ordered the chicken chimichanga, it was SO GOOD, and it came with lots of guacamole, sour cream, and cheese on top, as well as pico de gallo, rice, and beans on the side, all for no extra charge! I was blown away at how much quality food was provided for such a low price. And since I work overnight shifts, I am extremely grateful to Rancheritos for being open late when so few places are. This place used to be an institution. The food was fantastic for good prices. The chimichanga was chef's kiss. Oh boy had that changed. The past year has seen a steady decline to being just terrible. The drive thru is impossible to hear and speak through, the ladies at the drive through don't listen, the beef is now just terrible. Even the damn rice has gotten worse. Their overall quality has just dropped to the toilet and I'm extremely sad about it. Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We’ve ordered off of DoorDash and gone through the drive thru a handful of times. At least one item is always unusually cold. This last time my boyfriend ordered tacos, he took a bite of his pork taco and threw it away after because of the horrible taste. The next day he lived in the bathroom, and talked about feeling like his insides had been scooped out. Having worked in the restaurant industry for years, his symptoms lined up with that of food poisoning and I’m almost certain it was that taco. Will not be back, and BEWARE. Never seem to get an order right. I order nachos, it didnt have guacamole or beans, the cheese barely there and def not melted, asked for no Pico De Gallo and its like I ordered extra to them because it was full of it.
