Called in for a to-go order, and the lady said 15-20 minutes. I got there in 15 minutes, and the food was ready. The food was pretty good. I really like the to-go containers they put the food in. I sat at the sushi bar and had good service from a nice waitress. The Tom Kai soup was very good and nice size portion. I like that you can customize a Bento box and I had the shrimp, egg roll and spicy tuna sushi roll. Everything was good except for the spicy tuna. It did not taste fresh and was not well prepared. I was food poisoned at this restaurant. I ordered vegetable fried rice, vegetable spring roll and miso soup. Played it safe and still got sick. Do Not Eat Here!!! After I felt a little better 3 days later I went back into the restaurant to inform the owner of what happened to me after ordering from their restaurant. He was very rude, saying to me no one else got sick and he did nothing. If this is the case This restaurant is singling out people to poison which is terrible. I saw white families seated in the restaurant smiling. I ordered my food to go. Obviously this place is prejudice and doing something they are not supposed to behind those closed doors. This was a horrible experience. I took my family here last night 10/21/2023 around 730P. The server was NOT ATTENTIVE AT ALL! He did not care what so ever. He took our order and proceeded to ignore us completely. We finally received our food but my wife did not get her food yet. We had to call him over if we needed anything. HE NEVER CHECKED ON US! My kids cups were empty and my wife had no food or an explanation for why her food was taking so long. We flagged him down again and asked about her order!?? This man looked my wife in the face and asked what did you order??? SERIOUSLY?!! He brings the plate right out and it’s COLD!!!!! This tell me he didn’t even think about my wife’s food. Should have known the night was going bad when we all received children’s cups when there was only 1 small child at the table. He started on the next table and gave them adult cups and their food arrived before my wife ever got her food. DO NOT EAT AT RED BOWL FLORENCE SC Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is always good here, but the wait staff acts like they don't want to be there. This last time, I don't think the guy ever looked me in the eyes. If I asked for something, he acted like it was too much and then it took forever to get it. Prices have gone up at lunch. I don't know how much longer I can afford to go. I remembered on my trip to Colorado my past years, I would stop by this place for lunch. The food is really good and they have a friendly atmosphere. The best part is that if you get water, they have a big jug of cold water waiting for you. So if you are going on a long trip somewhere and happen to pass by Florence South Carolina, then I would recommend stopping there for lunch or dinner because the food is really good.

They need to tighten up their lunch service. Of course it’s going to be busy, make sure you are fully staffed to accommodate customers that also have to work. The btch at the front told us to wait instead of paying at the front. We don’t have time for your poorly staffed establishment, we will pay where we want to! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

On our way back from road trip, we booked a hotel nearby, and stop by in red bowl for late dinner last nite. The only place that open late on the area is red bowl. Chicken satay is more like fried chicken strips (kinda dried), lo mein and mapo tofu was ok. would be nice if they can adds scallions to it but anyway was eatable. The foods is more like Chinese take out with dine in.
