I came here exited but when I got my order I was disappointed. I had asked for sauce on the side but instead I got no sauce at all. Just plain boiled seafood. For paying a total of $125 I expected sauce I wanted to go back but I had already gotten home and the drive was like 30 minutes. Based on the recommendation of my significant other, we ate here yesterday. This was my first time at this location. There was a warm greeting by the front staff right away. The decor caught my attention right away. It's very nice in the establishment. Our server was Dwayne. There is so much to say about Dwayne so please be patient with me. I was wowed first because he stated his name versus what typical waiters do which is asking "What can I get you to drink?" He established rapport immediately. He had a great and sincere personality. Since it was my first time here I was so undecided about what to order. Dwayne suggested some recommendations and I got the best of both worlds by building my own basket or whatever it's called. The food was spectacular! I did not have to ask about anything extra like napkins or condiments. He was well prepared. Drinks were refilled without having to ask or hint. I did not observe any tension between coworkers. Great!! Everyone seemed to get along. I usually wear my mask all the time but take it off during service. I did not wear one yesterday but I am so glad to see staff wear their mask during this ongoing COVID crisis. Kudos!! I teach a class on Industrial Organizational Psychology and I did not observe any problems or anything I could comment on for problems to fix. Your company has everything together!! Dwayne mentioned his hours and days when he worked etc. Because of his outstanding hospitality and service please note that I will most definitely return! I want him as my server ALWAYS!!! Great job Dwayne and staff. Please recognize Dwayne in front of his peers! He is truly deserving of it. Photos to be uploaded soon. The wings, oysters, fries, and ( fried tilapia from my significant other's plate) was just down right delicious! Much more of the menu to try! 😉 Kudos Dwayne!!
