My mom and I prefer this Red Lobster location over the others, it’s worth the drive to eat here! The waiters are consistently professional and the biscuits are consistently done just right. Whereas recently we visited the Alameda location in Aurora and it was the opposite: waiters were not as professional or friendly, the biscuits were overcooked, and our food seemed like it was hastily made. My mom said her salmon tasted much better at the Southlands location. Plus it’s less crowded at Southlands and we always get a seat immediately! PS the Southern Tails dish they have right now is **chefs kiss**, my favorite part is the Mac and cheese.

All you can eat shrimp! Need I say more? Service was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and checked on us often. Quickly brought out drinks and refills. Food was quickly brought out as well. And all you can eat "crack-bisquits" yum yum yum! The biscuits are of course the best part of dinning here. Needed a nice place for Date Night. We don't usually go out but we thought since it's been a minute, the Lobster would be a nice place. We were not disappointed! Nisha (hope I spelled correctly) was so gracious even though the place was busy. Food was excellent! The endless shrimp was delicious and the manager came out and personally greeted us on out visit. This place is just the worst!! After years prior to not going to this location I went with a friend just last night, and we got food poisoning. Knowing how horrible this place is, I went back thinking it may have changed, but it didn’t. Years ago once when Covid first happened I got a cup that looked like silverware with food all over it was sitting in it, and then served without it being washed. I had so much food particles in my cup. I instantly felt flush and then raged to the manager and only half the bill was paid for. Not even a week later I got Covid after drinking out of that cup. Literally, that cup was not washed and me not knowing after drinking out of it. You can get some really nasty diseases from using something after someone else used it. Even hepatitis. First of all, they have very few gluten-free options here. Second, our waiter was not very attentive, didn’t check on us even one time. We ordered the special of the day which was a pound of crab legs for $20 and I had to prove it to our waiter that it was the special because he had no idea. Our crab legs came out insanely fast, which is good. However, that tells me that they probably aren’t super fresh because they were out in less than five minutes. The bread was quite doughy and I had to ask the waiter to put the discount on our check. I was honestly looking forward to the unlimited shrimp. However, they only have one shrimp dish that is gluten-free. If you’re really hungry and gluten free, I don’t recommend going here. 5 Stars for the server. She was so very sweet and attentive. The atmosphere was good, I thought it was really cold in there but the restaurant was clean and appealing. 2.5 stars for the food, it was only ok. The bacon Mac and cheese was probably the best out of everything, the lobster was chewy, the steak was ok but had a huge strip of fat in the middle of it. The manager is very caring and attentive in this location. José was our server, and he was very nice. It was Valentines Day, it was very busy, but he always stopped by the table to make sure we were OK. And the manager did the same thing. It was my first time at this location. I will be coming back. Daniel is hands down the BEST waiter I have ever encountered in my life. This is no joke. He was efficient, extremely cool, comical, and overall has a great character. He provided my boyfriend and I extremely great service.. especially for his first night serving. We will definitely be back and be sure to request him.
