Reservations don't mean a thing. Hardly any wait staff. Took over 20 minutes after being seated to get our drinks. Appetizer was great, main course was so so. Our waitress was clearly trying, but we definitely won't be back.. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+

We arrived at shift change, so the service was a little slow. I guess like most places nowadays, they need help. The food was good but was also slow. Thank goodness for the cheddar bay biscuits. I will add that the place was clean and orderly. The tables were set nicely too. Our server was dull and distant at times. The lobster dip and the mushroom appetizers were quite enjoyable. The lobster tail was tiny and had been frozen a long time judging by how mushy and flavorless the meat was. The Walt's favorite shrimp was equally over frozen and mushy. The scallops seemed to be white fish imitations. The Mac and cheese was good. Overall for the price it fell very short of being worthwhile. Been a while since I've eaten at this location. Took grandson, he did not eat, didn't like any of the children's menu. However. I got the feast plate, lobster, fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, grilled scallops, baked potato. The cheese biscuits where excellent, hot and cooked just right. Very surprised at the quality. A 10 minute wait at 2pm on a Saturday, I think low on waitstaff but our server was great. Will return. Pricing is a little high but to me well worth it. Will return. Drinks were not refilled without asking, waitress let us know several times no shrimp would be allowed to take home (we got the endless shrimp) and overall horrible service. I wasn't going to post anything but we spent almost $130 including tip for horrible service. We went to olive garden the next night (we had a, I guess you could say, celebration. Olive Garden was 100% better!! And about 2/3 the price!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I guess we were some of the lucky ones. As we were getting near the restaurant, I started to look at reviews and read quite a few recent ones that sounded terrible. My 16-year-old had been begging us to take him to Red Lobster so we didn’t want to turn around. We had low expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised that the food and service turned out to be good. They were certainly not busy, and we got our drinks and our entrées within a reasonable amount of time. We all got various types of shrimp, which were very good. My daughter and I ordered the surf and turf and my fiancee had the NY Strip. On steak was supposed to be medium well and came out medium rare, the other one was well done instead of medium. I will say mine was perfect, but one out of 3 or 5 if you count the 2 remakes is ridiculous. The server took 10 mins to get to our table and then another 10 to bring out drinks, except my bar drink took 20 mins. Before anyone thinks this was because it was busy... it was not busy at all. Kept having to a ask for everything because she just didn't bring it or she forgot after asking once. My boyfriend tried to use the restroom and there was vomit on the floor. He told an employee and it still took 20 minutes for someone to clean it up. I love Red Lobster, but this was the 2nd time my family has tried this location and it still sucks.
