Entering, sitting at the table and ordering were all done in an acceptable manner. The table was clean, the staff was friendly, and it had a good family atmosphere. Unfortunately, from the time we ordered till we left everything else was disappointing. In the hour and twenty minutes we were there we were only checked on once. Every other time we needed the waiter we had to flag them down. Most of the time the waiter could be seen talking and goofing off with the other staff. When we ordered my daughter a refill of her salad and Mac and cheese it took 30 minutes for the refill. It was just disappointing despite starting out friendly. 2 out of the 3 meals were pretty good. Unfortunately 2/3 way through my burger I bit into a nasty, sour, oily flavor that made me nearly throw up. I was unable to finish my meal after that, and the nasty flavor wouldn’t get out of my mouth. It didn’t help he never came by to get a refill to wash it down. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You can get better burgers at Culver’s, better service at other restaurants, and the atmosphere didn’t make up for its shortcomings. The 1 star is definitely over the top for my experience. Decided to placate the young one with his request for Red Robin and the "unlimited" fries. Not the friendliest greeter at the door, who took us to a dilapidated area of the restaurant, loud, messy, just not very inviting. So I sit down, weary of how this will turn out, then head to restroom area, which was disgusting. I understand that at peak times it may be difficult to keep an extraordinary bathroom, but to not have hand towels or a hand dryer left a bad taste in my mouth.
