They sat us down at a table with no salt or ketchup or anything. So we had to grab from the tables next to us. I didn’t appreciate that. Why sit us at the table that’s completely empty on condiments ? Sit us at literally any other table… pay attention ppl you had ONE job and you messed up. Your only job was to sit ppl at a table and you can’t handle that. Congrats. I got the monster burger and nin got the burnt ends burger. The burger was just a regular patty and not burnt ends so idk what’s going on there, it’s just smokey flavored. How is that burnt ends? Do we need to drug test the menu writer? Is the food going to change your life? No, but it’s pretty good especially for the price. Is the service attentive and fun-spirited? Yes. Is this a great place to bring young kids? Yes. My server was the best... I didn't have to ask for anything... she just brought it! Food was on point, every employee sang Happy Birthday to a 25yr old... it was cute. I'm here for business, when I return here, I will eat here. Maybe you should also?!? 😎 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Service was awkward and unfriendly from entry to exit. I don’t usually mention service but it genuinely did not seem like the staff wanted customers in the restaurant. Felt like we were being rushed the whole way through but then were told to pay out on the tablet sitting on the table so unsure what the reason was. Food was what you’d expect- kinda like sloppy hospital food. My bun tasted like plastic. The mai tai was awful, but I like me a spiked freckled lemonade. You get a choice for a bottomless side with your entree; the fries are good extra crispy!

They got us seated right away. For a party of 10, that was pretty impressive. The appetizers were varied, interesting and good. The menu had changed since we were last here, and it was likewise varied and interesting. The service was excellent! Niahna kept our drinks filled and hot fries coming to the table the entire time. The burgers were not overcooked, which was particularly nice. The only let down was that they forgot my bacon and extra pickles. But for how everything else was, I'm willing to let that go. We had a horrible experience while dining at this location. Upon arrival, we were sat immediately, which was great, but it took over 5 minutes to be greeted by our server, Kyle. Things continued to go downhill from here. Having two small children, we ordered their food immediately. We proceeded to order our food and drinks once Kyle returned with our waters…then we sat and waited. One of the managers brought our food out, which was the last item we had ordered. We had not received our drinks or our kids food. It took over 10 minutes for our drinks to come out, and 20+ minutes for the kids pizza. The manager was quick to find out where the drinks and pizzas were. The food was okay, however we had no silverware, no napkins, no seasonings and the ketchup was empty. Kyle returned to ask how our food was after we were almost finished. We ordered an additional apple juice and proceeded to wait again. Kyle came back by after 7 minutes and we asked if we were getting the apple juice and he just offered to grab us the check. We never received the apple juice refill. We did not feel any empathy or receive any apologies for the service we received. Our server seemed to be avoiding us after the issues started and we were fed with excuses by the manger about the staff being new. The wait staff was great but the food was not. I would give the staff 5 stars, like thy were on top of the drinks like none other. The food was disappointing though and would be on the 1 to 2 star range. Like we paid extra for the garlic fries, but all of the oil and garlic was on the bottom and there was very little cheese. I'm not sure what method they were using to dress the fries, but there was no even coating on them which is expected when you tell someone that something is flavored, it better be flavored. The chick strips were plain with no seasoning in the batter. It was just like the chicken you can get at the store and heat in the oven. Ordered the fish sandwich and my husband got the cheeseburger, both had grease dripping from them, also if paying on the kiosk be sure to go to the check details before paying ours had a $2.99 entertainment fee that the waitress had to remove from the bill. Absolutely terrible service. Server took order and apparently was too busy to remember we existed. Bottomless fries? They never brought out any but with the meal - which was stone cold and soggy.
