Great place to stop! Not as touristy a restaurant as it looks. The owner and the staff are very nice and attentive. The food is very good and not too expensive. Beef and chicken were nicely done (they ask how you want it), unlike overcooked meat I've had elsewhere in Tunisia. Great food from a friendly, multilingual host. We had mixed skewers of beef and chicken with fries seasoned with cumin. It was delicious! A nice Tunisien salad and good bread. A nice meal with an amazing view. The owners are very kind and friendly. A bit more expensive but good food and you cannot beat the view. Pity about the poor camels who have to sit on the hard, hot concrete all day every day for tourists. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We had a very unpleasant experience here. While the food was good, we quickly realized this place is a trap for tourists. Sadly, too late for us to leave. The amount of food was too little in comparison to every other place in Tunis (meat, specifically). We ordered brochettes of mixed meat and lamb ribs and received huge plates of salad and fries but the meat itself was not enough in any of the dishes. We left hungry. The prices are also the highest we have seen in Tunis. The waiter spoke to us in multiple languages and acted very friendly at first but after realizing that we were clearly not happy with the portions, he stopped talking to us.
