Fabulous! After the last visit at noir I push myself to share my excellent experience not only on the last visit but every single one I stepped in. First, this restaurant is very nice located close to the downtown with easy parking right in front of it. It is very modern with many tables in different sizes and you feel a nice vibe from the moment you get in. The menu has a big variety and every single plate looks and taste amazing, congratulations to the chef. I tried most of the dishes and I can’t decide which one it’s my favorite. The service is excellent with well trained waiters who make your visit very enjoyable. Definitely the management and the owner of this restaurant are doing a great job by keeping everything at a high standard. I highly recommend to everyone for any kind of event from a dinner in two to a big party. My recent visit to this restaurant was a letdown in various aspects. The pork ribs were actually pork chest and it was uneatable.The lack of meat and the overwhelming presence of grease and cartilage made it impossible to enjoy the supposed "ribs." The risotto was disappointingly as well, it was overcooked, lacking flavor and texture. Furthermore, the restaurant's unusual combination of ingredients did not work harmoniously. It seemed like an attempt at innovation that missed the mark, leaving us perplexed rather than delighted. We endured a lengthy wait for our dishes, only to be surprised when we requested the check and were informed that we cannot pay by card. The staff's unprofessional response, suggesting we should have overheard this from other tables, left a sour impression. To add to the frustration, we were then faced with the inconvenience of having to walk 15 minutes to find an ATM to settle the bill. Great place for a romantic dinner. Atmosphere feels private, despite closely positioned tables. Nice music, turned down lights, comfy chairs. Food selection is decent, you can definitely find something to satisfy your preferences. A wide selection of wine. Deserts are to die for. Overall great food quality. For all you stake lovers - medium rare is actually medium rare ;). Service is great. Very friendly and professional staff. Orders take very little time (we waited for 25-30 mins for a 4 person dinner with different dishes and a fully booked restaurant - really impressive). Excellent !! Warmly welcomed by the steward. You must taste their marvelously tasty duck in blueberry, really. A place to go !

The restaurant looks nice, stylish and staff is nice and also welcoming you in a good way. Beside this I didn't enjoy the food, was also difficult to make a choice, the majority of the menu is built on weird combination of food, I am used to those contamination, but I felt really uncomfortable with this. Also my colleague didn't enjoy the fish and definitely left on the table the lemon cake, sweet like the hell. I was attracted by the the feedbacks and pics, I would like to be there and try again, but I don't think is worthy considering prices. I will think about it, for those that would like to taste something new based on PN habits maybe is a cool place, for me a s a foreigner and traveller not at all.
