Mediterranean and Tunisian cuisines are served at this restaurant. Restaurant Spectacle Shéhérazede offers you good seafood, salads and tapas. Do not go away without tasting tasty parfait, fruitcake and petit gâteau. This place has good wine among its drinks. Here you may drink good coffee. You can enjoy live music in the evening. Most reviewers say that the staff is nice here. Fast service is something that visitors highlight in their reviews. You will like democratic prices. At this spot, people can enjoy the exotic ambiance and beautiful decor. But guests rate this restaurant below average on Google.

A Night of Music and Flavor Our experience at this restaurant with live music had a very normal start with a set menu, the performance was good, though not fantastic. It's a choice if you're looking to step out of your hotel for a night of music and entertainment. Very bad organization! You will enter around 7.30pm in a looong queue, you'll get seated around 8-8.15pm (you cannot choose your seats, all tables are already assigned to reservations/ different hotels). If you're with Medina Solaria & Thalasso, you'll be seated on tables on the side left of the stage, some behind pillars so your view of the show could be obstructed (view of stage is back/ side) it is a front facing show. You'll wait some more before finally being asked if you want drinks from the bar, even if you are all inclusive with Medina Solaria & Thalasso, you will have to pay for drinks, but not for the 'Medina hotel'... confusion on the restaurant's part as they gave us wine and then took it back very rudely saying we have to pay for it because we are Medina Solaria and not Medina :$, what a disaster! Water bottles are complimentary. Shared tapas (seafood and chicken based... some supposed to be hot but ends up being cold) will be brought out around 8.40pm, mains around 9.15pm and dessert around 10pm). Food is very very mediocre, don't expect anything amazing or local. If you have any special dietary requirements, this will be a battle! The show was not bad, but to follow and understand the whole story you need to be seated at the tables directly in front of the stage. Otherwise, I'd suggest that they adapt the show for the back and side facing guests. Overall, if we knew all of this beforehand we wouldn't have come. Unfortunately would not recommend :( Editing this review: 2 members out of our party of 9 also got food poisoning after this event :( Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person TND 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This establishment seems to cater primarily to tourists, and our experience was quite disappointing. We were brought here by our hotel, but we found it to be subpar. Upon arrival, we discovered that there were no complimentary drinks; everything had to be purchased separately. Even the bottled water tasted like ordinary tap water. It took a full hour before our orders were served, and the portions were exceptionally small and served cold. It's essential to exercise caution, as this place appears to be designed to attract tourists. Additionally, the promised show did not materialize during our visit. It's possible that we simply had bad luck, but there was no sign of any scheduled performance. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Dinner and dance show, which was included in the hotel (Solaris hotel). The show have multiple acts showing dancing styles of multiple countries, and has a sultan story (although in French, so didn't get it all). The show although not unique, was quite entertaining and runs for ~1h. The dinner was well coordinated and good. For me the starters were the highlights. Water is included, others drinks paid in *cash* at the end of the show (they have a menu with prices, and they are inline with what you'd pay in any European touristic restaurant). Overall nice for a change of scenery. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
Was seated in a place which made it hard to watch the show. But the show itself was good. Service was slow when asking for a drink. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Great storytelling bringing tradition and modern dance. Sherazade is telling to the sultan stories from India, Russia, Spain to break dance belly dance to Tunisian dance!!! Great time dance and food! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person TND 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I'm glad it was free. 2/5 only for the actors - I can only imagine their hard work.
Great show! Strongly recommend to see it. The food was awful Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
What an utter waist of time. It starts at 20.30, after 15 minutes 2 musicians enter the stage and don't stop playing until a full hour later. There's no welcome, no explaining about the story the 'show' is about, no idea what food was being served as the waiters just brought food without explanation. The food itself was so-so, the guy next to us had a dead fly on his plate... The show itself is pretty boring, the costumes are made from cheap fabrics, the timing is often way off, the dancers aren't synchronised at all. Music was too loud as well. I guess they never heard of a soundcheck. We left at 22:45 while the 'show' wasn't over yet. Luckily we didn't have to pay for it as it was included with our hotel stay. Otherwise I certainly would've asked my money back. The entertainment at our hotel (Diam Lemdina) has far better entertainment, with super friendly people and always in for a joke. Not the sour looking waiters at this godawful place.
I called the Sheherazed to make a reservation and I spoke with Madame Oulfa who gave me all the information I needed; about the menu, the show and the price involved. When I got there, she greeted me and my family at the door and she showed us to our table. The atmosphere in the room was exotic and the food was excellent. An assortment of appetizers was served as soon as we were seated and there was so much food that we thought that, that was the dinner. There was live music during the dinner followed by an Arabian Nights dancing performance. The dancers and their costumes were dazzling. All this for 75 TD per person( approximately $27). During a little over two hours,my family and I felt like royalties. Thank you madame Oulfa for this unforgettable experience in Tunisia.
