This place has some of the best typical Panamanian food. I’ve had everything in the menu. Prices are good and good never disappoints. Service is good. The gentlemen there are always friendly and work hard. The view over the bay is just what you want in Bocas. Toms is the best! It is worth a visit even though there is construction on the building and next door. The view, the food and the service trumped it all. I tried the carne for $5 and fresh papaya juice. I asked if it was possible for drink not be too sweet and more salad and less rice. Yes, to it all. Well done on the beef w sauce. The rice and beans were excellent. I was so impressed how I was treated. Thank you. My friend got the small whole fish, which was spiced and fried perfectly with fries. It is one of the best local foods with an incredible value. Bravo. They are open M- F for breakfast and lunch.

This is one of the few autentic local restaurants that we are fortunate enough to still have. A place where you can still listen to the Caribbean music, fantastic view, delicious food, affordable price, friendly atmosphere. Well the list go on and on.

What a beauty. Cheap & cheerful, my favourite kind of place. Truly in love with the pepper sauce (it tastes like a mild scotch bonnet sauce with mild mustard undertones), it is a masterpiece to the senses. Bigger portions than I can eat, but hey, now I’ve got dinner covered, too. Lovely waitstaff, friendly and efficiently quick. There is a wonderful view, we even saw dolphins!! Crazy. Definitely would recommend. Oh, also you get free juice (sweet lemonade). Obviously, you should still get beer, but it’s also good to stay hydrated, my friends.

The place may not look like much from the street but it's an obligatory stop on Isla Colon! Food is delicious, full of flavor. They even have a vegetarian option that is probably even vegan (veggies, salad, plantains, rice, beans). You can't beat the prices, and the view on the sea is lovely. The best meal we had in Bocas town!

A very local menu with a fabulous view of the water. The veggie plate was a nice vegan treat. Hubby had a whole fish that was huge!

Amazing value and really good food. We ate there a couple times on our stay and everything was wonderful. Grab a table on the deck so you can see the bay if you can.
